But second chances are great Dr Muneer has been my Doctor 3 years now She listen.Shows concerns & her staff are Polite And Professional

Last Friday I went to my pharmacy to pick up my prescription. It had lapsed so the Pharmacy sent a request to the DR to re-authorize for refill. I see her at a minimum of quarterly due to medical issues. No phone call and when I arrive a week later to pick up the medicine it is not there. WHEN i CALL THE ANSWERING SERVICE I find out she does deal with her mistakes on the weekend call the office Monday. I will be over 300 miles away on MONDAY. UNTIL TODAY i REALIZED SHE MAY NOT BE COMPETENT
