Dr. Saleeby made me feel small and unimportant. I feel the more one can tell a doctor about the symptoms they are experiencing, the better equipped he would be at making a diagnosis. NOOO, Cut me off before I started. In my opinion, and I could be wrong, Dr. S comes across as a little "holier than Thou".

Very pleasant, all things considered. Went for a colonoscopy. This is my second in six years. From the receptionist who greeted me at 6:30 am to the nurse assigned to me, the NA, to Dr Saleeby, all were great. Great conversation, comforting and friendly. Pre procedure, I set the appointment, they called back a week later and said they could move me up if I would like and I did. I received all post procedure information within a few days. I highly recommend Dr. Saleeby and his team!

Absolutely terrible experience and terrible doctor! He doesn’t care to listen when you tell him your issues and is extremely rude! Visit any other GI doctor! Also he charges $230 for a 5 minute consultation

Referred to Saleeby by family doctor for unexplained rapid weight loss (40 lbs <2 months) with onset of chronic diarrhea and small bowel inflammation. Had one office visit of <15 min with Saleeby and a colonoscopy was scheduled. Routine blood work and stool sample were taken before the colonoscopy. Colonoscopy itself was very short taking less than 20 min from start anesthesia til Saleeby spoke with family waiting to drive me home and share findings of procedure. Result was a cursory diagnosis of IBS without any further effort to identify the root cause. No appointment was to be scheduled for follow up or monitor my condition. I lost an additional 20 lbs in less than a month after the colonoscopy as my condition worsened. I was eventually seen on an emergency basis by an infectious disease doctor and treated for a parasitic infection of the small bowel. By that time I had dropped from 172 lbs to 118 lbs and suffered small bowel intussusception. Found him to be dismissive and arrogant.

Disclaimer, I am not a patient of Dr. Saleeby, my 86 year old mother is. The wait time is too long when compared with the actual time you have with the physician which averages 3 to 5 minutes. It should not take 8 days to get a call back on test results. The clinical staff tends to be rude on the phone and comes across as hurried and uncaring.. And the worst part is there has been no relief to her problems that have been ongoing for over three weeks.

Seems more interested in typing into his computer screen rather than interacting with you as a patient. Will answer questions but does not engage you in conversation and educating you on your condition and alternatives for treatment. Probably very good technically but on the low end of the people skills.
