My husband and I are new patients of Dr. Ross. I had an acute deep vein thrombosis (deep leg vein clot) and he allowed ample time to discuss options and was warm, personable and keen to research causes and solutions. I've been in communication with him via email and phone. He makes himself available! The office is busy in a good way - staff are very efficient. On time. I feel lucky to have found him.

After just one appointment with Dr. Ross, I can honestly say that he is my favorite MD. I went to him because I wasn't feeling well, but he ended up helping me with unrelated medical problems that I didn't even bring up to him.
