When you schedule your loved one for surgery you want reception and billing to be personable and welcoming. This was not the case when I had an insurance issue and I pressed option 4 at University radiology in Hamilton New Jersey and was met with the rudest billing specialist I've ever heard. Hopefully I'm able to upload the recording from the moment I spoke to her. unfortunately I wasn't able to record the first session when she was very rude but I called her back just to prove it. She was rude and refused to give me her name when I asked for it to report . I eventually called and got a manager named Basillia. I emailed her the situation and she said that she would get back to me. I did a follow up call and nothing was done. I spoke to Doctor Quassab about the situation and he stated that was not the first time he's received complaints which leads me to believe that my complaint will go on unanswered as well.

When I first came to Dr Qassab I was unable to urinate and my kidneys were shutting down.Rather then go to the hospital emergency room he took me immediately! His mannerism was cool and reassuring. He immediately drained my bladder and we set an appointment for the Uro Lift procedure. He told me the procedure had a 50 percent success rate. I feel with his expertise the procedure was 100 percent successful! I rarely have to get up to urinate at night and have no sexual side effects. Therefore I highly recommend Dr Qassab. I gave him a 5 star rating. I recommend any man with urinary problems to make an appointment to see him. Don’t wait out of unsubstantiated fear.

I never write reviews NEVER. However, Dr. Qassab noticed my PSA went up just a little bit he was concerned about that. He sent me for an MRI of my prostate just to be safe, and that came back just a little bit suspicious, again this concerned him we discussed doing a prostate biopsy. My wife is very neurotic about my health, so we scheduled a biopsy even though I am only 57 and thought it was a waste of time my PSA & MRI were only a tiny bit suspicious. To our surprise the biopsy came back positive. We had a lengthy discussion about our options with Dr. Qassab. He was very calm and explained all the things that may happen and options if any of them did happen. We decided to do a Radical Prostatectomy we wanted the cancer gone. I read a lot about it and started to question my decision. All I could find was horrible stories about incontinence & loss of erection. Again at 57 those side effects would be devastating to me. The day of surgery Dr. Qassab again talked to me my daughter and wife and reassured us that all will go well. I am now 3 weeks out from surgery, and I am amazed at how good I feel. All the things I read about online the HORROR STORIES did not happen to me. Dr. Qassab gave me lots of educational material and exercises to do to build up my pelvic floor. I am doing them and it is aiding in my healing process. I cannot thank Dr. Qassab enough, he is a GREAT doctor AMAZING surgeon and I feel he saved my life. I would not have another routine lab work done again until my next physical. His acute eye to detail found a potential issue that turned out to be life changing. He is the best doctor in his field, and I am thankful he is my doctor.

Had lab work done high PSA did a biopsy no cancer. six months later PSA was higher 9.8 had a MRI done.showed nothing. 2 months later got another biopsy done. Final results no cancer Going back in 3 months.i like the doctor very professional.
