I am surprised to see any negative reviews about Dr. Pegram. He is and has been the most caring and compassionate doctor I have visited in my 74 years. I would recommend him to any and all that I meet. My fondest memory is when I was going through my divorce and I lashed out at him and said, “You don’t care!” He stopped me immediately and said “he does”. I felt so relieved I thought had sent me an Angel!

Check your charts. A lot of the information he writes about your visit is incorrect or he’ll make rude comments about you. Don’t be vulnerable with this guy. Bed side manner is awful.

Doctor Pegram had been my Rheumatologist for years. One day I received an automated voice mail saying that his practice was closing and to call his office by a certain date to get my medical records. The date the was on the automated message had already passed. I never got a chance to get my medical records. I don't understand why a letter wasnt sent or phone call wasnt made 30 days before the practice was closing so that patients could get there records.

I don't know how Dr. Pegram gets any business with the office staff he has. The first day I called someone actually picked up and I explained how I've been having a hard time getting into a rheumatologist and need to urgently because I have not been well. They could care less. Last I hear Alzena was calling to get my referral and now it's been almost ANOTHER week and I've heard nothing. I've called the office 3 times a day the last 4 days and no one has answered. Going to another doctor.

Excellent care. Dr. Pegram is very thorough and attentive. They are able to see patients efficiently and timely. He really cares and we saw that throughout his entire medical team. We drove over 5 hours to see him and highly recommend.

I don't know who left the one star or how Dr. Pegram got an overall 31/2 stars because if I could I would give him 10 stars. This Doctor has the best bedside manner and the most genuine disposition I have come across. He cares deeply for his patients and I have been one for almost 30 years. Overall the staff is wonderful also. They are very helpful and accommodating. I think we have to remember we have to give honey if we want to receive honey back. Take a look at YOU!

I am very likely to recommend Dr. Pegram to my family and others, he shows determination to find out what's on with my auto immune disease. He listen to what you say and is not intimidated when you ask questions as some Dr's appear to be. his assistant is very attentative as well as nurse and his staff. They show companion and the lady at the frot desk welcome you by your name. We are still working on my diagnosis but I am confident that he will figure out what's going on with me. Gloria F.

I visited Dr. Pegram for the first time and I must say, I was very impressed. It was very easy scheduling my appointment, I left a message and staff called me back right away. The front desk staff, excellent customer service, Lab technician great, PA, excellent and very knowledgeable, MA was great and Dr. Pegram was excellent, great bedside manners and made me feel more comfortable about what's going on with my health. He explained everything to me in a manner where I could understand.

The staff is rude especially the front office people. They are too busy comversating with each other instead of taking care of patient. They over charged me for my copy. Called my insurance company and stated I was not supposed to pay the amount I did. I explained that to the front desk and they seem not to care I will not go back to this clinic ever.
