Dr. Samuel Grubman, MD

I came across Dr. Grubman at the peak of my allergy event and was extremely stressed and frustrated with my body’s reaction. Dr. Grubman made me feel so much better and put my worries at ease. He came up with a treatment plan that made me feel like myself within a week. He took his time to listen to my experience and showed empathy for what I had to go through. He explained everything to me in detail and answers all my questions patiently. He continues to treat me and responds to his emails in a timely manner. I had to email him multiple times to ensure other medications didn’t interfere with my treatment plan and he is very responsive. The staff is efficient and thorough from the front desk to the nurses. Highly recommend this office and Dr. Grubman!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Grubman for longer than a year. Initially, I was partly satisfied with the service when Cory was there. However, the new staff is the worst! Customer service is lack luster-staff waits for patient to do all of the leg work and follow up on there behalf. For six weeks I have been waiting for a procedure that according to Dr. Grubman should have only taken 2 weeks. Front desk ignores calls, never relay calls to nurse. Totally unsatisfied with the service.
