By far the worst MD visit EVER! I didn't even have high expectations! First of all, the front office staff is rude AF. My appointment was at 5:00 p.m. I walked in at 4:55 p.m. at about 5:45 I asked if I could reschedule my appointment. It was met with attitude and excuses and then proceeded to ask me what I had to do and if it was important? Which I ignored. A little after 6 o'clock I was finally brought back to a room. About 10 minutes later, the doctor walked in and sat down at the computer all while never making eye contact or even introducing himself. After a few awkward moments of him clicking away at the computer I asked if he was the doctor at which point he said "oh yes yes I'm doctor castilio" After trying to explain why I was there and what my symptoms were (after being interrupted multiple times) I wasn't quite sure if he was even paying attention. After several unanswered questions and brushing off many of my questions, he stood up and asked if I wanted to schedule the pro

Dr. Samuel F Castillo I would give a 0/10 Rating. He hindered my health by putting me on a medication that made me more sick, a perianal abscess formed after I had a colonoscopy with him, I had 10/10 pain for weeks after my operation with him and he did nothing, he did not show up to my follow up appointment after I waited an hour and 15 minutes in an exam room, he does not care about his patients, he has no bed side manner, and some of his staff is rude as well. DO NOT TRUST this doctor. RUN!

Was referred to see Dr Castillo for outpatient surgery. He purposely went out of network from my insurance when sending results to a lab. When I got my outrageously priced bill I called the hospital billing department who told me that EVERY doctor there has access to labs that are in network for every insurance they accept. I call the lab my samples were sent to and found out that Castillo gets money when he uses their lab. UNBELIEVABLE! So shady! Would never recommend. No ethics.

The most unprofessional MD I've had to deal with. My Mother was his patient and after results were in he threw the paper at her as if she was a pet and left out running. It was a Friday evening and we were the last patient. He should treat his first patient like his last and is was unprofessional and unacceptable his behavior. He did not care at all for the questions the patient had. Clearly he had something to do that he ran into the elevator. Doesn't even deserve one star.
