Dr. Samuel Alexander, MD

I usually don't leave comments. I am not sure if it's the doctor, reception, or both. I had to call the arm implant company to get answers because the receptionist wouldn't tell me anything. For context, I wanted to get a arm implant removed April 11 instead they put me as IUD removal. This implant in my arm is almost a year overdue and it is making me sick. It is causing me to snap at people because of my hormones. I told him this. He still told me to wait until the new one comes in. That day I sign the papers so I can get my new one. 2 weeks go by and I call 2 times. They way until after 2 weeks to tell me that they can't do it because they don't do pre-authorization. I asked them if they could take my old one out and they told me since you seen Dr. Alexander, we would recommend you wait until u get a new one in. They won't even take the old one out.

Dr.Alexander was my OB for my birth of my child and he was fabulous! I’m so glad I decided to go to him. He is very nice and polite and answers to all questions.Dr.Alexander is a great doctor and definitely recommend to everyone! Thank you!

Dr. Alexander and staff are amazing. He has been my gyno Dr for over 20 years. He always takes the time to explain every question or concern that I may have. I’ve referred multiple friends and family and we all love give him 5 star service!

He treated me horribly. Terrible bedside manner. I had a very bad infection that wasn't getting better from the medicine he prescribed and he was very angry with me because I made an appointment to come back to see him. He stated you could have called. No I couldn't have called because I wanted him to see the problem wasn't better actually worse.

The staff along with Dr.Alexander are professional and compassionate.

Dr. Alexander has been my Gynecologies since the birth of my beautiful daughter 21 years ago. He has always shown sincere concern, compassion and provided excellent healthcare. You can always count on Dr. Alexander or his staff to assist you during times of urgent feminine care.

Dr Alexander is professional, efficient, understanding and kind. He truly cares about his patients and gives them his time and patience. I have seen him over three decades and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Alexander treats you with respect, takes his time during visits and will call me back to answer a question directly versus having someone else call me back. I still drive from the Northshore as I have done to see him since the late 1990s!

Dr. Alexander has been my Doctor for at least 15 years. I trust in his decisions concerning my care and would recommend him to my family, friends and colleagues. His staff is very professional and friendly.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Alexander for nearly 10 years after my regular OBG doctor left. My first visit to his office was very welcoming. He was nice and pleasant and listened to any concerns I have. Once he’s in the room with you you have his undivided attention and his main concern is how can he assist you. Dr Alexander isn’t a doctor who runs in and out leaving you with unanswered questions. Which made me comfortable to keep him as my doctor.
