Dealing with a major sinus issue affecting my quality of life was stressful. I contacted Dr. Undavia for a 2nd opinion. His Marlton office staff scheduled the appointment; I was seen promptly. I was appreciative of, and impressed by, Dr. Undavia's thorough consideration of my prior history and current circumstances, and his ability to offer a clear diagnosis and prognosis. He answered all my questions and shared alternative surgical procedures dependent upon findings during surgery. Dr. Undavia completed the surgery and explained to my husband the strategy he employed. Bottomline: NO SURPRISES. Healing progressed as per his prognosis. Again, no surprises--and optimal results. Throughout the follow-up process, Dr. Undavia's entire support staff has been caring, efficient, and professional.

I was initially skeptical about seeing Dr. Undavia because I have been suffering from my sinus issue for the last 15+ years and went to about 6 ENT specialists, but none of them fixed my sinus. I had my first surgery in 2018, but my sinus condition didn't improve, and I could only breathe from one side of my nose. I felt very comfortable after my first appointment with Dr. Undavia because he explained in detail what it would take to fix my sinus. His whole team was excellent, from taking the insurance authorization to surgery. He guided me on everything I needed to do after the surgery and followed up with me to ensure I was doing good. I really appreciate Dr. Undavia and his team for helping me breathe normally again, and it feels excellent finally be able to smell and taste the food after 15 years.

Dr Samir Undavia recently performed Septorhinoplasty on me, and I am absolutely thrilled with the result! The quality of my breathing improved dramatically, and I am no longer self-conscious about the appearance of my nose - for the first time in over 20 years. It’s an inexplicable feeling of renewed confidence. The appearance around my eyes actually improved too. The bags I developed from lack of sleep practically disappeared following the procedure. Have been to several ENT doctors in the area who were unable to resolve my problem. Dr Undavia was highly recommended to me when I was very frustrated with other doctors I had seen. Dr Undavia takes the time to listen, asks questions, and creates a reliable treatment plan. He is also very kind and caring. Highly recommend Dr Undavia.

My son has been dealing with congestion and difficulty breathing through his nose for several years, and we finally decided to consider surgery this spring. Dr. Undavia was highly recommended to us through several friends, and throughout our experience we heard that he was the simply the best—from our pediatrician, who assured us that Dr. Undavia was excellent and would not recommend a procedure without merit, to the surgical center staff and nurses. My 2-year old was struggling with constant ear infections and we were referred to Dr. Undavia by our family doctor to be evaluated for tubes. Dr. Undavia was fantastic with our little one! He explained exactly what to expect with the procedure and put us at ease. Everything went so smoothly and my son has been noticeably happier since the procedure, as well as improvements in speech. Would highly recommend him for pediatric ENT care or any other type of ENT needs.

I have a 91 year old father with a broken nose from a fall. I have a 21 year old son with infected tonsils and adenoids. Dr. Undavia was kind and compassionate to both my dad and son, when he squeezed both into his schedule urgently today. He has a great bedside manner and listened patiently to both. Pam who manages his patients was an absolute savior for us. She is efficient and responds quickly getting the documents uploaded from the hospital ER and overall managing us. These are qualities difficult to find in Medicine today, and very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this office, Dr Undavia and Pam. I’m so relieved they are caring for my family.

I have had numerous visits with Dr Undavia to address my sinus issues. He eventually did my surgery. I have found him to be competent and compassionate. He demonstrates the science of medicine as well as the art of medicine. He is a good listener and answered my many questions patiently and in a way I could understand. He never seemed to be in a rush but would sit down when we talked. In addition his office staff answered VMs promptly and his PA was very helpful in walking me through some measures to deal with a post op issue I experienced.

My experience with Undavia was extremely negative. Although I had an appointment with him, I never saw him. Saw a PA on my first visit and a nurse on my second. The treatment was extremely unsatisfactory, to say the least. After the 2nd visit, I switched to a different doctor, where the experience was much more positive. But at this point my travails with Undavia were just beginning. He is out of network for my insurance, and I needed a properly itemized bill to submit to my insurance company. At my visit, the office told me that they could not give me such a bill (?) and that I would need to contact their “business office”. (Have never experienced this bofore.) His business office does not answer the phone and does not return voicemail messages. When I finally did get a bill, my insurance company found it inadequate. Again, the business office did not return phone calls, even from my insurance company. I finally gave up on getting reimbursed.

Provided excellent service- Always on time. Surgery and follow up care was just as he originally stated.

I had been suffering from a septal perforation for about two years and was unsure if it would ever be repaired because it is difficult to find a surgeon with the necessary skills to perform the operation. However, I chose Dr. Undavia because he DOES have the ability to flawlessly fix septal perforations - and my surgery was a success. I would highly recommend Dr. Undavia if you are suffering with a similar issue (or any other kind) - and also because he is friendly and thorough.

Dr. Undavia performed a total thyroidectomy (thyroid cancer) on me in September 2012. Surgery went well and he was VERY informative from start of visits till post surgery. I relocated back to Massachusetts. All my doctors to this day comment on the beautiful surgery and work of Dr. Undavia. I was lucky to have found such a great doctor amr surgeon!

I had a surgical procedure done by Dr. Undavia in October 2020 to repair issues with my sinuses that were giving me severe head and eye pain. From the beginning he was very clear about what the procedure would entail and how to go about my post-op treatment. The surgery and the recovery process went well, and I’ve made a full recovery.

I recently Had a nose surgery to fix a deviated Septum.

Dr. Undavia is the most compassionate, talented, and knowledgeable doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing...and I’m a nurse! I was a difficult case. I had 2 rhinoplasties before meeting Dr. Undavia and the second procedure left me with a large perforated septum that caused constant crusting and dryness. Dr. Undavia was able to repair the perforation, correct my deviated septum, and fix my cosmetic concerns. Overall the surgery was a tremendous success. He was available by email throughout my entire recovery for any question that popped up. He is honest and realistic with what can be achieved. I made a huge mistake going to a general plastic surgeon for a revision rhinoplasty. Please take my advice and trust your nose and face to a surgeon who specializes in these areas. Dr. Undavia is not only a highly skilled nose and face plastic surgeon, he’s an ENT doctor, meaning he’s concerned about the functional results of your surgery as well as the cosmetic.

I highly recommend Dr Udavia to all my friends and family! He is patient, caring, understanding, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. From my consultation to my post surgery everything went great. I can honestly say he is one of a kind Doctor. He was always there for me from start to finish. I am 3 days post surgery and I can breathe so much better and love my results. Can’t wait until the swelling and bruising go away! He’s the best ??

I've been wanting a rhinoplasty for quite some time, but decided for the time being to go with a non-surgical rhinoplasty as I couldn't find a doctor I wanted to do my rhino. I went to Dr. Undavia for my non-surgical rhinoplasty and could not be more happy with my entire experience. He was extremely patient in listening to my concerns and made sure he understood what I wanted prior to recommending anything. He showed me what my nose would look like and walked through exactly what I wanted more patiently than any doctor I've ever met. I ended up getting the non-surgical rhino the day of my consultation and am SO happy with the results! He's the only surgeon I trust with my face. His entire staff was also very helpful and welcoming, the entire experience was great.
