Dr Shah was incredibly arrogant and rude to my family during our stay in the hospital. I felt belittled and he had difficulty talking with us about my son's condition. When we asked questions regarding his treatment, he did not answer them and blew off our concerns. It was a very unprofessional encounter and I worried whether my son was receiving appropriate care. He seemed to treat his staff around him poorly and not acknowledge them despite their efforts to help my family.

I could not have felt more belittled by a doctor. Very disappointing encounter and at such a prestigious hospital for children. I tried to ask questions regarding my son's infection and his explanation was way over my head. When I tried to clarify he treated me like I was an idiot. I skipped the follow up appointment just to avoid him.
