I have nothing but very positive comments and praise for this brilliant compassionate doctor. He started working with me in August of 2019, and I truly feel like he and his assistants are part of my family. He is always available, as is his staff. I am grateful to have found such a great doctor for my rather serious health issues.

Could care less about his patients. Excuses and lies are just not acceptable when it pertains to someone’s health. Do not, I repeat, do not use this so called doctor.

Dr. Makani is amazing! My husband was referred to him by his pulmonologist and he was able to see him quickly, had clearly done his homework before the appointment, answered every question we had, and patiently explained what he knew - and what he did not know. What I love most is that he is curious, and wants to get to the root of the problem. He does not simply assume what the problem is because of history. Excellent!

I cannot recommend Dr. Samir Makane enough. Suggested by my pulmonary doctor, Asha Devereau, that I meet with him and schedule a Flexible Bronchoscopy. His staff was very sensitive to my needs, and Dr. Makani made a point of explaining what was envolved and why it was necessary. And during the Bronschosopy, he even allowed my husband to sit in and watch the procedure. Best of all, you sensed that he was a kind and gentle man, who truly cared for his patients.
