Dr Arslanlar is very patient, thorough and compassionate, In a time for me that the worst news was found, He did everything to put me at ease and explaining what was found. 10 years later I’m still here and look forward to my colonoscopies! ( not really) but I would never go to anyone else, his bedside manner, his patience and the time he takes to explain everything you don’t fine with any doctors nowadays

I'm not sure I can still tout Dr. Arslander as being a great doctor due to the inability of reaching him outside of an appointment is next to impossible.During my last regular visit, Dr. Arslanlar changed my medication and told me to reach out in a week to let him know how I was doing. I sent him a message on the portal and did not hear back, so I called his office, left four messages, finally received a reply from a nurse saying she would let Dr. Arslanlar, know my message was on the portal, but I never heard back. I never got to speak with him or hear from him until two months later at my last visit.I’m frustrated and angry and furious. I saw him several days before a major surgery and needed to speak with him. I called his office, his nurse called me back and talked to me. I told her the problem and that I was having surgery the next day, and she promised he would call. This was at 9:50 in the morning. By 3 o’clock I had not heard back so I called again. he never called!

He took the time to talk and most importantly listen. Gave me time and did not try to rush me through the appointment. He explained everything very thoroughly and made us feel really comfortable. Probably the nicest and most professional dr I have seen in years, he never had to look at his laptop for answers to our questions, he reminded me of what Dr’s were like 30 years ago before “patient count per day “ became the most important thing for Dr’s . He is great, I would recommend him to everyone

My most recent visit with Dr. Arslanler was via Face Time last week. We discussed a gastro symptom presenting itself. Dr. Arslanler took necessary steps to look into this problem. He is very competent and takes time to listen.

I was taken on time for my appointment. Dr. Arslanlar was patient and explained everything clearly. Asked if I understood or have questions.

Dr Arslander has been consistently, professionally, excellent. Over a period of several years he has always been exceptionally kind, caring, and accessible. He listens with patience and keen insight and I feel he really pays close attention to his patient and detail. I consider him exceptional in his profession and with a great sense of humor, hard to find. He’s a keeper!

Dr Arslalar thoroughly discusses for a layman asks questions and makes the patient part of visit. Highly recommended

He cares about his Patients His bedside manner is superior I’ve counted on him for more than two decades…and regardless if the medical problem is small or large…he’s never let me (or my wife) down. Dr. Arslanslar is the best you could hope for in a physician. And, he doesn’t keep you waiting for endless time like so many do that I see. He is a compassionate and thorough doctor and he won’t leave you with unanswered questions. You will feel relief when you leave and not additional stress because someone didn’t listen or address your concerns. Cannot recommend him enough.

My husband and I have gone to Sami Arslanlar for years….would not use anyone else!!! He is very professional and caring. He walks through the procedure before, and, he spend time with each of us after our procedures and makes sure we understand all the information he is giving us.
