Wonderful experience with Doctor Roy. Kind and caring and knowledge. Figured what I needed straight away. Would recommend to everyone.

Amazing Doctor! Dr Roy is very professional and knowledgeable. He is patient and kind. He listens to everything to what I say. Everything is explained in detail. His staff is friendly and kind. It is very easy to get into his clinic which is help in emergency and tight schedules. Previous Doctors would come in, not say much and leave as soon as the could. Dr Samer Roy stays with you as long as it takes. He is the doctor to see!!!

My family has been going to Dr Roy the last couple years he is very concerned and accurate with his diagnosis he is a Great Dr in my opinion and I have been recommending him to all my family and friends

Great Office! Great Doctor

I called a month before to schedule my appointment as a first time patient. They didn't even bother to write down the appointment. I called day before to confirm they did not have me down. The receptionist says just come in at 9:45 am next day. She never asked about my insurance or anything until after I gave her my paperwork. Then she stated I cannot see the doctor because his name is not on the insurance card as my primary physician. If I'm a new patient why would he be on the insurance card. Why wasn't that explained before the appointment? They are inconsiderate and don't seem to care about people in general

Dr. Roy is very professional and friendly. He always take the time to address my questions and concerns. He is thorough and he cares about his patients well-being. The office staff treat you like family!

Completely unprofessional and took around 4 hours of waiting for a simple 2 minute test.

Doctor Roy Samari is an Awesome Doctor Really Understanding An Caring for his Patients he finds the Time to Hear What's wrong and WILL FIND OUT what to do he was VERY HELPFUL and I Feel VERY Blessed to Have Him as My Doctor. YOU want A Doctor that Will Help You..This Is The Best One I Know...JMJ

I guess it depends on the condition of the patient ahead of you. He definitely does not rush you through without a thorough exam.

This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. The first time I went the staff was rude and I waited two hours to see the doctor just for him to say “well don’t eat fatty foods” when I told him I have stomach issues (turns out I have gallstones). He schedules me an ultrasound (only because I asked) and I had to come back for a follow up appointment. Waited two more hours, never saw the doctor. I asked the nurse how much longer he would be and she said “he’s in room 2” and then slammed the door. I finally got up to walk out and the same nurse asked if I saw the doctor and I said no, I have to get back to work can you please make copies of my records? She snatched the papers from my hand without saying a word and took them to the receptionist. The receptionist (who had nobody at her window or around her) said “I’m too busy I can’t print your records right now you’ll have to come back at 1”. So rude and unprofessional. Go anywhere else but here.

I wasn't sure how I felt about him. I wasn't happy withI bedside manner. However, as I watched him I saw he was just telling us how it was and not suger coating it. He sees his patients EVERY day n hosp.. We knew he WOULD be there. For mom.. When I thought we were butting heads when telling him something I didn't like it!! BUT He was honest and answered me. I may not have liked his answer but he was always right... I'm grateful I have a Dr that listems & is honest. He is now MY DR..

I have been Dr. Roy's patient since June 23, 2005. He has taken great care of me for all of those years. .He is and will continue to be my primary physician for as long as I live. He truly cares about his patients. As he takes the time to listen to us, he observes our physical conditions, and he pays attention to what we say about our health. Then he explains our problems to us and tells us what we need to do and gives us prescriptions, if we need them. This explains the longer wait times.

Great physician and staff.. Just has extra long waiting times than any other doctor I have ever seen. Always 1 to 2 hours at least.
