My husband recommended I go (his Dr), took our insurance ( so I left my Dr). 1st thing, Youssef opines (*without benefit of bloodwork) that my Drs put me on too much thyroid dose, nobody needs that. I get bloodwork (my fault for delay). Secretary/nurse calls me at work saying it's an emergency, Dr wants to see me immediately! I've waited literally months for an appointment, now it's an emergency? I ask if it can wait until tomorrow, NO! Apparently, without the so- called " far too high" dose, my bloodwork came back, indicating my organs were at risk of shutting down!? So, he put me BACK on the high dose. I read the elderly woman's comments above (abusive toward her). I'm posting because same, younger. My child + his nurse witnessed him arguing with me, accusing I take my meds wrong. I explained no, I understand (no food) I take middle of night. He badgered what I think is "middle" (3am, potty break). He asserts don't eat 12 hrs BEFORE OR AFTER meds. Even child knew Dr said never eat?

Dr. Youssef was not a good fit for my family. My husband and I waited 2 weeks before we could get our simple physical forms signed from him. I called almost every day to see if I could pick up the forms and he was either not in the office or he did not have time to sign it. He seems to be out of the office a lot and his hours were hard to work with. Also, I was always put on hold usually for about 10 minutes every time I called the office.

Dr Youssef is and has been the most caring and trustworthy doctor. He and his staff have shown complete professionalism as well as compassion for myself and my husband for over 4 years. I am an ordinary patient of ordinary means but you, Dr Youssef and your team take care of me as if I was the most important person on earth. Thank you.

He was verbally abusive to me and I am a senior! He won't let you talk and thinks he knows more then you do! He puts me on a medicine, and I am allergic to an ingredient I it. It put me in the hospital for five days. I had to have five CT scans within two months to rule out cancer. I now have to worry about cancer because of all the CT scans. He is not on top of your health, as he asked me why I was in the hospital. He even came to see me in the hospital. Stay away from him!
