Dr. Sameera Sbaih, MD

I highly recommend Dr. Sbaih! She is incredibly patient and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which really sets her apart. Her professionalism and knowledge are exceptional, and her bedside manner is warm and reassuring. She always answers my questions, no matter how small, without ever making me feel rushed. Another great thing is that there’s no long wait at her office, and I’ve been able to get appointments quickly. After going through several other doctors, I am so grateful to have found Dr. Sbaih! The front office staff is also wonderful—everyone is so nice and friendly, especially Salam, who always makes the visit even more welcoming.

I sought a consultation with Dr. Sameera for my breast cancer diagnosis, expecting a supportive and professional environment. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The consultation lasted only two minutes, yet I was charged for it.Additionally, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns, lacking the empathy and professionalism needed for such sensitive health matters. This experience added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. I advise looking for a practice with a reputation for patient care and support.

Politeness of the staff, a good knowledgeable doctor

I have been seeing Dr. Sbaih for 19 years. I met her while hospitalized and she was the house doctor. She took me on as a patient even though i did not at the time have insurance. She guided me through a difficult time requiring multiple surgeries, varied tests, always referring me to the best doctors in the valley. She has continued to monitor my health through 19 years of varied issues. You can count on this doctor if you have chronic issues to take your calls, make rapid appointments, and be there when you need her.

My wife and I have be using Dr. Sbaih for over 19 years. and she has been a life saver for both of us. She has been an excellent diagnostician. Highly recommend her

HORRIBLE. FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR

This office collectively hired the rudest and most unprofessional staff. What happened was without a doubt their fault. Here is the real issue. I brought it up to the doctor and she made all kinds of excuses instead of apologizing and trying to make a change. This doctor does not know how to listen, she only talks. When I try to say something, she will immediately talk over me. I explained the issue to her and she threatened not to see the patient because she is defending her UNPROFESSIONAL staff. Please learn to listen and respect other people like they respect you.

I have been coming to this office for a few years and I’m finding it’s getting worse and worse with each visit. The doctor and the nurse practitioner are ok but it’s the whole process before you get them requires a lot of work. The staff and the people that answer the phones need to do a better job. I originally made an appointment because I wasn’t feeling well and I was told there were not any appointments available for 3 weeks, at first I was told only virtual was available but then told since I haven’t been to the office this year I can’t do virtual. The day of my appointment I was planning on going to the office I received a call from the office to collect a copay for a virtual visit. I told the person on the phone that it was suppose to be a in-person visit since I did have a office visit in a year. She insisted it was virtual and that I needed to pay my $20 copay or a $50 cancellation fee. Insane!!!! I asked to speak to an office manager in which that point she rescheduled me for a in person visit for a few weeks later. On the day of my doctors appointment I wasn’t even sure if the office was open no one ever called to confirm the appointment and when you call the office the phone just rings you can choose to leave a message but no one calls you back. It’s ironic because the don’t call you to confirm but charge you $50 if you cancel your appointmentThis office seems very overwhelmed and should maybe stick with the patients they already have and not take on new patients. I wish the doctors had a mangement company that could make things better organized for the patients. I had my yearly physical and it was no more than 5 minutes that was spent with me. All the care about at this office is copay’s and getting your money. I need a 2 page form filled out and they wanted to charge $150 to fill out a form that takes 5 minutes they are money hungry in this office. They need to invest in some new office furniture.

I did a blood test three months ago and I'm still waiting for someone from the clinic to talk to me about my test result for today I called them more than 5 times and no one pays any attention every time I call he tells me we will call you back and he never calls.

The staff is a lot better. They are much nicer. All doctors I’ve seen are very nice and really help you get better. I love ?? Dr Ileana she is the best ??

She is pretty nice but her staff is horrible. I heard a lot of things about other patients that I shouldn’t have heard and I told the doctor. The staff is very rude. I will not see her asst he is very room and doesn’t have good bed side manner. I won’t see him. I’m looking for a new doctor.

Money hungry doctor that pretends to care. You will wait at least an hour to be seen as well. Don't waste your time on this one.

Horrible staff doesn’t care about your health only talks about insurance and money... if you want to stay healthy don’t go here

She’s great, her staff is the one that suck! They refused to provide appointment for my gallbladder pain till maybe 1 month due to doctor being so busy, ended up in ER then they refused to provide follow up appointment because of billing issues that I was not even aware off. They did encourage me and suggested for me to look for new doctor regardless of years seeing dr. Sbaih office staff has just been trash last couple of years. They refused to provide explanation why they refused services.

I like her. She seems very smart and on top of things. She has only given me good advice.

I have been a patient of dr.Sbaih for 5 years and there is always waiting time more then an hour, even if you have an appointment. But today I want to talk about how they screw up my financial life. I was in the office for a lab test and they sent it in the lab that my insurance doesn't cover and after they sent it to the lab covering by my insurance. So, I get 2 results from 2 labs, and of course, I also get a bill that I have to pay over $1100 for their mistake.

As a journalist & consumer advocate for 31 years, I’m here to report recent findings about doctors in the Vegas valley. I believe Vegas has a shortage of General Practitioners (a/k/a GP or Family Doctors). Didn't follow through on agreed plan, just left me hanging. Dr. was very late, very short visit, seemed very rushed and a bit disorganized. Strangely cold. She was ok at first, but then wasted a lot of time - I wouldn't recommend.

I have been going to Dr. Sbaih for about 7 yrs. Now my husband goes as well. She is knowledgable, thorough and kind. We are well taken care of.

She is a very intelligent Doctor diagnosed a skin problem and prescribed medication that cured the problem which 2 different skin specialist misdiagnosed.She is prescribing medication for my bipolar condition that is helping me better than 3 different Psychiatric doctors ever did. I highly recommend her. She recently replaced her entire staff which has made a big difference.
