Dr. Samar Mumtaz, MD

She is the 4th Dr I’ve been to and the only one who has listened to me and heard what I was saying and is working to find me the help I need.

Had a video call scheduled and didn’t show up. Tried to have a call with the doctor and she refused to take it. Unprofessional staff and unprofessional doctor.

Dr Mumtaz is friendly and caring . She looks at your records before entering the room and is prepared. She is a doctor who is concerned about her patients and really cares.

I encountered Dr. Mumtaz 9 years ago when I was admitted to the hospital with septic shock. She has been an amazing doctor. Always patient, thorough, answers my questions, and always kind. I feel as if I am excellent hands with her.

Bad Doctor - She doesn't listen and doesn't give thorough physicals. I had to tell her what blood work to do for my annual physical. She's rushed and her mind seems to be elsewhere. She's too busy trying to jam as many patients as she can in one day that quality care goes out the door with you. It's take about 1-2 months to get an appt with a crummy doctor. Forget getting into a doctor's office when you are sick, they don't have time for you. They are busy jamming in easy appts for patients who are not sick. She moved to another practice and did not send out any notice to her patients. Very unprofessional. She should go back to India and learn something about medical care.

Called this office, which is my PCP, to attempt to get answers regarding some lab work and because I was not feeling well. No help from this office - just offered to mail me a referral. This kind of medical care is the exact reason that people often find out about medical conditions way too late. I'm still in shock by this experience.

Dr. Muntaz is an excellent doctor. Concerned, sincere and willing to listen. The best physician I've ever had. I highly recommend her.

I cannot get an appointment with her, or even a call back with recommendations after a year as her patient. As someone with medical problems, this is unacceptable. I am now walking into urgent care to see a doctor who doesn't know me or my health history because once again she was too busy for me today.

I just became a patient of Dr. Mumtaz, and I took her several health concerns of mine. She has been extremely thorough and helpful. She is very kind and answers my questions with clarity. Her office staff has also been very helpful and has even scheduled some of my appointments with doctors she has referred me to. The waiting room has only had a couple of other people in there and the wait times are short. Highly recommend this practice!
