In my experience with my dad’s care under Samantha, she has a terrible bedside manner. During multiple visits, she often dismissed his symptoms and concerns, twisting his words into something else altogether, making him feel unheard and belittled. This approach felt like medical gaslighting, which was deeply troubling. My dad is the type of person who is always kind to everyone, and he was only ever kind to her. Despite this, Samantha chastised him for asking about innovative treatments to improve his symptoms. When he sought those innovative, well-studied treatments elsewhere, she quickly dismissed it as “wasting his money.” Samantha isn’t forward-thinking and seems to rely heavily on textbook knowledge, which may limit her ability to provide comprehensive care.
