Dr Lindsay was very pleasant and I think she's a good physician, but I did not care for how this practice is run. I was seen first by a Nurse Pratitioner student, which they don't give you the option for, and this dragged out the whole process by an extra hour. They also do not do their own labs in this office. I had to make a separate appointment at Quest next door and when I went, the next available appointment was the following week. What really prompted me to write this review though was the follow-up call I got. I had abnormal results on a test and her front desk staff were the ones to tell me. This woman clearly did not know anything about what the results meant, which I later realized were not a huge deal, but the way she delivered was basically like 'your test was abnormal, go see a specialist'. I don't think non-medical personnel should be giving results like this and causing unnecessary stress on patients. Will not be coming back.

I have been going to this dr office for a few years and have yet to actually meet the dr, not a big deal because they always have students talk to you then a nurse comes in to finish up. I have been trying to call to schedule an appointment for a week - literally have called 6 times, left a voicemail for a return call, and sent an email - nobody responds. I need to find a new dr.

Dr. Lindsay
I have had only 2 doctors in the last 14 years. After I moved to Florida, I thought I would miss my previous doctor. Once I went to her office and meet the staff and Dr. Lindsay herself, she is an awesome doctor and has taking good care of me and my wife. She is not a bs'r and will go above and beyond to care for you! Highly recommended!

Do not go here. Everyone is rude.
DO NOT GO HERE. Find literally anywhere else. This place is an absolute joke. They called me on Friday, April 22nd 2022 at 2:12pm to set up an appointment telling me my insurance had them as my primary. When I went in for my appointment, the lady at the front desk, LISA, was extremely rude to me. (Rude is an understatement) She told me they did not take my insurance and I had to pay $200 out of pocket. I decided to cancel my appointment and told them it was ridiculous considering they reached out to me to set up this appointment. LISA then told me I was a liar and that they didn’t call me. I in fact have proof that they called me in my call log. As I walked away from the front desk, LISA yelled at me telling me to get new insurance. This place is nothing but disgusting and LISA is an ableist, classist and is very discriminating. I have a disability, and wasted time out of my day to go here. I absolutely feel like this place was trying to scam me.

I had a serious concern and made that clear at my appointment. After the appointment doctor Lindsay sent me for a MRI and must have not seen my implant although she asked about it. The place that does MRI said I couldn’t get a MRI due to the implant. I made Susan aware of that and I couldn’t get the MRI and asked for the doc to call me to see what else would help, that was the same day as I saw the doctor. The next day was Friday and I did not get a call from the doctor. On Monday I called again and Susan the receptionist said that I was to get a MRI, to which I told her again I can’t get a MRI, that was the second time telling her this. Not to fear, Susan called and got my voicemail and left the message that my MRI has been approved by my insurance company. When I called on Monday I asked again for the doc to call me. By Thursday I got tired of waiting and called to remove me from her active patients. She finally called back on the next Thursday, 13 days later. You have been warned.

Hello, my name is Yaqueline Ventosa, I'm writing a complaint against my doctor Samantha Lindsay, I have been seeing my doctor for about three years, for the past two years my mainly problem has been depression do to the death of my daughter, at the beginning I have hope that she would help me, that's what doctors suppose to do, but very quickly I realize that I was wrong, the medication that she prescribed me didn't work, and I made her aware of that, she changed my medication but let me know that, if this medication doesn't work I really don't know what to do with you!!, and really didn't work, not only that I was getting worse, I felt that it was no help for me, because until today I have her comment stock in my head, I tried to be positive and made another appointment, this time she presented me with a paper that said, she's charging an extra $200 dollars a year, "because according to her she's loosing a lot of money ",if I want to see her "right at the beginning of the Coronavir

Do not go to Dr. Lindsay. She would not refill my blood pressure prescription without (every 6 months) seeing her and getting blood work. I asked for a 6 month exception, because of the corona virus pandemic, and she would not give one. There is no reason why she shouldn't give me an exception. She is requiring me to risk my health, by going to a blood center AND going to a Dr. office, DURING A PANDEMIC. Then she hung up on me! Terrible policies and unprofessional practice. Avoid!!

Not a good choice if you have complex issues. Office staff is constantly changing and you may or may not see the dr- and get shuffled to see the assistant instead. The availability of appointments when you are sick is no existent .

Dr Lindsay is an awesome practioner! She has a clean, low stress environment. Her practice is not overloaded and chaotic. I have been with Dr Lindsay for years. Before I officially was a patient, I had numerous tests with no concerns. Dr Lindsay found an issue that no one found. Now, we regularly look at these real issues. Dr Lindsay is friendly, and takes time to talk.

The office is getting busier and she's taken on an ARNP. I no longer want to see either of them. Constantly having to follow up and remind of what can and can't be taken. The ARNP is rude and not professional. Not satisfied with the care as of lately and while Dr L is a kind person, I feel as though things are being overlooked and brushed off. No real directions on taking medications, follow up, monitoring, etc.

I like Dr. Lindsay, unfortunately it's very difficult to get an appointment there. And the front office staff don't even offer to put name and number down in case of cancellation. We will have to find a different practice.

Oh my goodness!! Dr. Lindsay is THE BEST doc EVER! Takes time with patients, returns emails and phone calls immediately, VERY proactive with diagnosis’, friendly, caring, takes care of authorizations herself when specialists call, I can’t say enough great things about her! Office is clean, staff is awesome, I don’t know why more I can say. Just switched my kids to her after over 13 years with their pediatrician. HUGE step for me!! Thank you Dr. Lindsay!!!

I Absolutely Love Dr. Lindsay! I've been a patient of hers for about 5 years now. I gotta say I've always been a little skeptical of Doctors and their agendas. I feel like there are a lot of people who are Doctors that care more about money and writing scripts than truly wanting to help their patients. I finally found An Awesome Doctor that I Trust Fully! I haven't got one bad thing to say about Dr. Lindsay or her staff! I recently moved & now I drive extra just to see the Best Doctor Ever! Go!
