Dr. Faucett took the time to sit down and listen and was very engaging with my questions, concerns with the issues at hand. She did not get is a rush and I felt very relaxed and comfortable with Dr. Faucett. Super nice person and would highly recommend her.

I work full time 8-5 M-F i made an appointment after suffering from multiple kidney stones. I showed up to my appointment to be told it had been canceled. I received voicemails about the appointment before hand and a text to confirm and check in days before. I listened to them voicemails and NOWHERE in them does it say my appointment has been canceled. I sat in the office crying felt completely disrespected and like a COMPLETE waste of time. I have missed lots of work because of the stones, meaning I needed to get paper work filled out I was told it wasn't going to happen and I would have to take off work again and set up another appointment. There was a gentleman in the lobby whose appointment was also canceled. DO NOT GO HERE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.

Dr Fawcett is very engaging, she recommends treatments/medications and lets you decide what is best for you and your lifestyle. Very efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

I saw Dr. Fawcett on a walk in "Urgent care " health check on a late Friday. She was very attentive to my concerns and completed a couple of tests. My mind was eased by her diagnosis and follow up discussion. Thanks to Dr. Fawcett. I have been going to Gashland Clinic for over twenty five years. The health care has always been excellent. I am very glad to see the next generation of Gashland Clinic doctors are following in the foot steps as the originators of this clinic.

Dr. Fawcett is the best doctor that I’ve ever had. She is friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly cares about her patients. She always follows up with me about things that we discuss at my appointments. I’m so happy that I found her!

She refuses to fill my sleeping medicine!

My husband went to this doctor for after care.He had a cough for awhile.First thing she done was oh hes got covid 19.What happened to ok he might have bronchitis or the flu.They took temperture, there was none.Then the took the virus test.Nope didnt have it.Sent him home with a prescription for a inhaler.This was 7:30 at night.Pharmacy was closed.He also had waited 3 hours to get in.Husband followed up with regular doctor 2 days later.Guess what, he had walking pnemonia.Our regular doctor took a exray which was what the others schould of done.We were told that he could get this from wearing his mask.My husband also has a good insurance which covers everything.Now they want us to pay for the covid test extra.We will never go to this doctor again.One of her nurses is also rude.She would not give info to me although im on my husbands hipa paper.

Doctor Fawcett is like my family doctor from New York. As a new patient she as made me feel welcome and safe. I was just recently diagnosed with a disease and she was very patient with me and understanding and she took the time listen to my concerns. The great thing is she works closely with my specialist helps with my treatment plan. What I also like is her frankness to the point approach to medicine. She has an honesty to her that very few doctors have and she's open-minded to what you have to say about how you feeling about the medical treatments. I would recommend her to anyone.

A doctor who actually listens... crazyness. Didn't know such a thing existed before her.

Dr. Fawcett is such a sweetheart. She takes time to talk through everything with you and makes sure you understand. She's not afraid to let you know if she doesn't know the answer to something but she'll make sure you are directed to somebody who can. It's been a very long time since I've seen a doctor pay so much attention to their patient. I highly recommend Dr. Fawcett to anybody who needs a doctor. It's easy to get an appointment when you need it, even as a new patient (any other doctor in town I was looking at a 2-3 month wait for a new patient). Even with her taking the time to talk through everything with you, I'm usually in and out within an hour.

Dr. Fawcett is by far the best doctor I have seen in years. She is caring and friendly. She asks pertinent questions to figure out what is going on and includes you and your thoughts in her treatment plan. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Fawcett truly cares about her patient's and it shows. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns and symptoms. Afterwards she was very helpful on educating me on what was wrong and went out of her way to make sure I followed up either via a phone call or office visit.

I was beyond impressed with my experience at Dr. Faucet’s office. Dr. Faucet and her staff were really knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment! If you are looking for a doctor whose medical knowledge is encyclopedic, treats the whole person, and takes the time to be caring even while maintaining a very efficient office, then Dr. Faucet is someone you should consider visiting.

I normally see a different doctor at the same location, who I really like, but I needed a minor procedure done that my usual doctor wasn't authorized to perform so I saw Dr. Fawcett instead. She was friendly and knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend her!

Dr. Fawcett is very thorough and always asking questions to learn more about you. She doesn't make rash or hurried decisions. In addition to being an excellent doctor, she is one of the most caring people I know.
