Doctor Avery is both mine and my mother's doctor. She is thorough in her testing, attentively listens and is very caring, kind and personable. I highly recommend her.

Dr.Avery is by far my favorite Dr. She is efficient, kind and enable to diagnosis my health problem rapidly an treat it competently. I have full confidence and her staff.

I have been a patient of Dr Avery for 8 years and can truly say she is about the best doctor I have ever had period. My problem is that she did a test on me that her office had back in a matter of days and I expected a consultation with her.After 2 months of calling the office and speaking to numerous people and leaving a lot of messages the only response I received was an appointment at the 49th street office with a nurse practitioner and have not heard a word from my favorite and trusted Dr Avery and I see a complete breakdown of the office procedures forcing me to seek another cardiologist which I have done.

Dr. Avery is extremely knowledgeable and spends plenty of time explaining procedures and the benefits of them. Her office staff are all extremely professional and very friendly. I am confident that I understand the results from the test that we conducted and my path forward to continue to live a healthy lifestyle. I highly recommend Dr. Avery.

Dr. Avery is extremely personable and professional. She takes her time to understand you and your concerns as an individual. She review all aspects of your lifestyle that could be contributing to your symptoms. She has a patient for life in me!

I wish I could. I made an appointment with their automated system a month ago. They sent me a confirmation email. I called them the day before my appointment and was told that they cancelled my appointment because the doctor was not available. They never notified me of this change and now can only offer me another appointment another month out!

Dr. Avery is amazing! She is a great listener, asks a lot of questions to understand you better and is very informed!! She looks at the whole picture and is not one to just throw pills at you as the answer. Can't say enough great things about her! A rare find in today's medical field!!

Dr. Avery excels in the skills one would want in their doctor. She doesn’t make you feel she’s in a hurry to get to next patient. In addition. she asks pertinent questions, she listens, she explains, she is compassionate, she comes up with a course of action, She re-caped that plan before I left her office. Dr Avery is an outstanding clinician with a wonderful bedside manner and an extensive professional knowledge, not just of clinical cardiology, but of related specialities such as nutrition and fitness science. Dr. Avery, along with her welcoming and personable staff, immediately put me at ease on my first visit to her office this week. She took more interest in me and my condition that any other cardiologist ever has, and really took the time to both understand my concerns and develop an appropriate treatment plan that we both agreed to. I am confident that I am in great hands under her care, and I feel that I have found a cardiologist who is truly interested in me and my well-being. Most highly recommended!

Wow, I was truly blessed to have found DR. Avery, I am a complicated patient, She knew so much about P.O.T.S., even other conditions beyond my heart she wanted to be sure I am ok. I can not even begin to explain how thorough she is, Takes her time with you, her staff so sweet. I was concerned with covid. Dr.Avery was so protective and very cautious, Wanted to be sure I was comfortable and safe, ordered my tests, went over them so I could understand. I do trust her with all my heart. If you are considering a cardiologist, I can't stress this enough - go to DR. Avery. She will take good care of you, and goes the extra miles with you. I have no reason to tell anyone this except I care about other people, I have an uncle who is a surgeon so we had done research. Her reviews of 5 stars all true. She really is amazing. Sorry to go on. I put her on a pedestal, because she put me on one to take care of me. Thank you Dr. Avery for taking care of me, I trust you with my heart.

It is not often that you find a doctor who is compassionate, intelligent and a good listener all in one package. Dr. Avery is approachable and professional at the same time. She is thorough, and understands that treating a cardiac condition sometimes go beyond cardiac tests or conditions. I feel completely confident in her care, knowing that she is giving me her full attention, no matter how busy her day is. It was a stroke of luck that she was assigned to me when I was admitted to the cardiac unit at St. Anthony Hosp, and I can't imaging seeing any other cardiologist. As an old hospital nurse, I evaluate doctors with a somewhat critical eye, but I know that I am in good hands with Dr. Avery.

Dr Avery takes time to get to know her patients in a very caring and compassionate way. She understands your needs and puts your best interest first. Amazing!
