We discussed the results of my bone density test and plans for further treatment. She had studied my labs and also addressed the problem of my rising A1C, prescribing a change in medication which would work more effectively with my other medications. Dr. D. Is thorough, caring, and efficient.

POOR !!!!!!!!
It is very hard trying to find an Endocrinologist that is knowledgeable regarding managing patients on insulin pumps, that is why is chose to come to this doctor. My first visit I left her office feeling relieved after several attempts on working with other Endocrinologist for Type I DM. However, after the second office visit and request for medication refills that she knows that I need based on her recommendations, she NEVER got back with my pharmacy and me messaging her through the MY Chart platform that her office uses. This behavior is unprofessional, dangerous and irresponsible for those that need these LIFE SAVING MEDICATIONS that she as a physician is recommended and is responsible for prescribing!!!!!!

Dr. Sam is brilliant. I love her. However trying to get through to her office or simply through the scheduling desk via website or by phone is impossible and when you can leave a message, no one returns your call. My chart was down and i was unable to get through o anyone to help me fix my issue.

Dr Sam was great.. Spent about an hour with me to discuss my medical concerns and I left the office with a solid plan for treatment and how to move forward. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a new Endo. We will truly miss her, here in Delaware.

When I met Dr. Sam I was very sick and have been rejected by other Doctors because I was high risk patient. I have PhD in Integrative Medicine but in some point of life I needed more than prevention! Dr. Sam, really changed my life, by listening and truly study my case and after only 3 months, I am taking minimum medication and my A1C dropped from 10 to 6.7. in last 10 years I never had this great feeling about my life. She is THE GREATEST Doctor, she is a real doctor. We need more of her.

I recently realized that Dr. Sam is leaving Millsboro. What a loss for Beebe medical group and myself! I have been Dr. Sam's patient for the past 2 years for my resistant diabetes. I was truly impressed with Dr. Sam's treatment approach and also nice and caring attitude. My hemoglobin A1C dropped from 13 to 6.5 in only 6-7 months under Dr. Sam's treatment plan. I also lost over 40 pounds in about 9 months with the Dr Sam's obesity treatment and diet regimen. I want to express my sincere appreciation for excellent and passionate care given to me by Dr. Sam. My experience with her was best I have ever encountered.
