Dr. Awan is professional and personable. He is no-nonsense and quick to diagnose. We definitely recommend him to those searching for a great dermatologist. Location of the McKinney office is excellent and extremely convenient (except for the new traffic caused by the rental home community !!)Dr. Awan also listens to whatever issues or concerns you may have and offers recommendations. 5-Star experience all the way. Booking was easy and I was able to get an appointment the following week (as a new patient). Dr. Awan and his nurse were very friendly and professional, and he was able to complete my screening as well as another procedure all in one office visit. Even scheduled my annual screening for next year before I left the office. Great job.

Dr Awan is very kind and gentle and thorough in his exams. He listens to any concerns I have and then addresses them. I feel he is very knowledgeable and uses “best practices” in treating his patients.

Dr. Sam Awan is great dermatologist. He has great bed side manor, doesn't make you feel like a number. He actively listens to questions and asks you if you even have any questions or concerns. Most doctors just want to get through the visit to move on to the next. Doctor Awan explains things clearly. His staff follows suit to doctor Awan, which tells he treats his staff as well as his clients. I would definitely recommend Dr. Awan.

I trust this team. It’s easy to make appointments. The doctor is always on time. He knows me and my heath history when he walks in the room. He caught my skin cancer early and made sure I was taken care of quickly. I highly recommend!!!

Always a good experience. He is very professional and thorough, but at the same time he is also very personable and caring. I only see him once a year for a full body check, but I had shared information regarding a family member who was very ill in the past - and he always asks about them. Another thing I appreciate is his sensitivity to a patient's sense of modesty. You have a loose gown on the entire time. He examines the back of you while standing with the gown covering you in front. Then you lay on the table where he examines the front of you by pulling the gown back to each section.

Dr. Awan listens carefully and recommends practical treatment focused on the issue at hand and is flexible with appointment times - highly recommend.
