Dr. Salvatore Guarnieri, DDS

Dr. Guarnieri exuded compassion and professionalism from the moment we met him. I needed to find a new dental provider in a hurry; we had abandoned our previous dentist after a standard procedure went awry for my 11 year old daughter and was left uncompleted. A friend recommended we call Dr. Guarnieri's office citing the wonderful care they'd been receiving there themselves. Dr. Guarnieri's office was remarkable and expedited our entrance into their practice. Dr. Guarnieri comforted my daughter and educated her on the steps he would be taking to complete her care. I was invited into the procedure room and was kept abreast of the steps. Dr. Guarnieri and Tammy exceeded my expectations for a provider. Our family of 8 joyfully moved to Pittsford Dental Excellence. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

Dr. Guarnieri and his staff are the most helpful, caring, and genuine practitioners I have ever experienced. Their hygiene program is deeply comprehensive - screening for oral ailments that can lead to serious health consequences (most other dentists do not do this). The labs he uses for implants and devices are also top notch. The Dr. & staff attend frequent continuing education seminars and classes. Best-in-class dentist BY FAR - I fly from California for my dental work and annual cleaning.

Dr. Guarnieri was my primary care, twice each year, for 5+ years before moving out of New York. I also returned to his office on a recent visit home. I always found his staff to be incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I was impressed by the amount of extracurricular education Dr. Guarnieri continued to attend, bringing new technologies and techniques to his office constantly. I felt he provided the best care in Rochester given this continuing addition to the practice.

Dr. Guarnieri and staff earned my trust right away. I had a chronic jaw problem that went undetected by my previous dental practice and they quickly provided a cost effective solution. The staff is incredibly welcoming and I actually enjoyed my few visits to their office as opposed to dreading the dentist like normal.
