I went for discussion with Dr D about aging lower facial skin. He recommended a lower mini. Supposed to last 8-10 years. When bandages came off it was exactly what I wanted. 3 weeks later I could see sagging skin as before. Two months after surgery I didn’t look much different. Very depressing!! I went back and was given options of cutting under chin for a different approach. Costing more money! My confidence was gone by this point. He told me my skin just didn’t hold up. I had the lower mini under his recommendations that it would give me what I was looking for. He pulled back and showed me in a mirror what I could expect. It did not work! I have A lot of scars, numbness and out a lot of money.

Dr. Dimercurio recently did a revision surgery for me on my gynecomastia issue. I had surgery the first time 10 years ago didn’t get the results I wanted and it made me more insecure. I found Dr. Dimercurio and I’m so happy I did. Him and his whole staff are very professional from the consultation all the way to surgery day and post op recovery. Dr. Dimercurio knows what he’s doing and he’s a great surgeon. Considering all the tissue and loose skin I had he turned a female looking chest into a sculpted male chest! Thank you Dr. Dimercurio for not only making me feel more confident but truly changing my life. Dr. D was by far the best surgeon I’ve ever had. My entire journey from the first consultation to my month out Post-Op was a breeze. I had a botched surgery 10 years ago and was honestly quite nervous about, quite literally, reopening an old wound. Dr. D listened to all of my concerns and crafted a great plan to achieve what I wanted. He’s warm, empathetic, and above all an ARTIST of his field. I couldn’t be happier with my results and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my cosmetic needs! :)

Considering todays appointment with Dr. D. Giving him 1 star is actually being generous! In 2019 my wife found a lump in her breast. With the help and companion of so many medical staff in the Meritus umbrella. She had the surgery with radiation to get past the horrible C word. Of course as so many breast cancer patients know. The haunting reminder they are faced with every waking moment! So after many considerations she decided to move forward with DR.D. The last time he seen her was in March 2020 when he took out her sutures and sent her back to work Full duty. Of course that was the error of covid so as an RN working at the hospital she was working harder than usual to say the least. Her scares wouldn't heal and she had lots of draining. Now I realize it easy to say it was COVID. However WHY did it take ME going into Dr d office in DECEMBER 2020. Before they reached out to her? Then after seeing her scares that are an half inch wide and flattened. HE SAID ITS AS GOOD AS IT GETS!

Dr. DiMercurio is an excellent surgeon! I went into his office and wanted to get my implants removed due to health reasons. He was very kind and gave me all my options for explant. Throughout my process I felt welcomed and all my questions were answered and I never felt looked over or silly for asking my 100 questions. Due to COVID-19 I was not allowed to have anyone come back with me before surgery, but this was not an issue. Dr. DiMercurio and his staff made my anxiety go away and I was even laughing on the OR table. As for my results, beautiful! I was nervous since I was not getting a lift due to having more children down the road, but I was ecstatic when I took my bandages off! I just want to say thank you, you cared about my concerns and gave me more then I could ask for per my results. This was by far a wonderful experience with Dr. DiMercurio and all of his staff!

I highly recommend Dr. D and his staff. You always feel welcome when you come to the office for your appointment. He truly cares about his patients. His staff is also wonderful from the time you walk in and they greet you until you leave and they are telling you good bye. I would highly recommend Dr. D and his staff! Thank you for taking great care of me and giving me back my confidence in myself.

Dr. Dimercurio performed sugery on me for a fatty tumor. His ca ring and nurtruing ways made this surgery so uncomplicated, His staff are so friendly and informative which made this experience much more relaxing for me. Surgies can be very stressful but I felt none of that. I would highly recommend Dr. Dimercurio for any of the treatments her performes. He really puts you at ease not pushy but so caring and has a great bedside manner. Thank you Dr. D for all you did for me. I am so thankful!!!!

Having survived breast cancer (lumpectomy, chemo, radiation) I found myself with the radiated breast becoming noticeably smaller than the non-radiated breast. I procrastinated for several years because I did not want unnecessary surgery. Eventually the size differential became too difficult to deal with, and I saw Dr. D for a breast reduction in the larger breast. I wish I had done it sooner! The difference was amazing and I can't imagine what would have happened to my back, balance, etc. without the surgery. Throughout the entire process, Dr. D was very thorough. He provided me with information to help me in my initial decision making process, care before, during, and after the procedure, and has followed up with me over the past 3 years. He has a good office manner, is personable, and looks at me and not a computer screen when speaking. I recommend Dr. DiMercurio to anyone in need of reconstructive surgery following breast cancer.

My mom had breast reconstruction done by Dr. DiMercurio this fall. I accompanied her to all appointments and her surgery. He has a wonderful, soothing manner, freely offers advice but does not try to coerce you, and clearly explains any choices and what the procedure you choose will be like. My mom is thrilled with the work Dr. DiMercurio did for her, and I myself will choose him when and if I need any procedure he offers.

Dr. Dimercurio and his staff are the best. Had the greatest experience with this office. Would recommend Dr. Dimercurio to everyone I know

Dr D is the best!

Dr. D is simply the best. I've had two surgical procedures done at his office over the past few years and have nothing but glowing comments about his kindness, his professionalism and the time he spends with his patients explaining options, making you feel comfortable and answering all of your questions in a caring manner. He's the only plastic surgeon in this area that I have complete confidence in.

Seriously LOVE him and his staff in Chambersburg, PA. I am currently getting a tattoo removed there. The staff as well as Dr. D. are super friendly, welcoming and make you feel so comfortable. From my consultation to my follow ups,I have NO complaints! Their work is AMAZING. I would recommend him and that office to ANYONE! FIVE STAR HANDS DOWN!

Dr. DiMercurio made my very first surgical procedure of any kind a great experience. He and his staff are kind, friendly and provide a sense of comfort you don't find at other doctor offices. Dr. DiMercurio listened to my concerns prior to my procedure and through his extensive medical knowledge, left me walking away with results I am very happy with. I highly recommend him and will be returning to him if any further procedures are necessary.

Dr. D had been willing to work with me through a most difficult situation. Always kind; attentive, and responsive. Outstanding! (If he is not on time, please keep in mind that good doctors often are not on time because they are dealing with difficult patients like me.).

I have had a number of procedures performed by Dr.DiMercurio over the past few years. His skill is amazing and the results I have had even when I was concerned about scarring were incredible. The office staff are friendly and professional. The offices themselves are serene and provide a calming environment.

I have been going to see Dr. Dimercurio for both medical and cosmetic needs for over 15 years. He has always been very kind and caring to me. He treats me like a person, not just a patient. He is very knowledgeable in his field.
