He is great if you give him a chance, office has been a little busier due to more patients and a new receptionist. Have been with him over 2 years and I have no complaints.

very difficult to get someone on the phone during office hours. office is grimy and disorganized, waiting room restroom is locked, inner office restroom is filthy. waiting room tv was exceptionally loud amd annoying. dr was unhelpful, uninformative, and unconcerned about injury. gave no advice except a prescription. staff was pleasant and seemed to be helpful, but was actually not helpful. had to make several phone calls about the same things to get things resolved and to get information.
