Appointments were not on time because I would have to wait 30 to 45 minutes in the waiting room to be even called back in the exam room. Once I was in exam room the nurse gave me a paper thin gown to put on and then I waited another 30 to 45 minutes for Dr. Smith to come in. She never spent more than 15 to 20 minutes with me and she always did a pelvic exam no matter what my complaint was like a cold or something like that. I found that a little strange and weird. She would continually be on her laptop and was not listening to anything that I had to say. Instead she would gripe at me for not eating a healthier diet exercising more or stop smoking. Her staff was not much better as they all seem to be in a bad mood and we’re not friendly at all. In my opinion Dr. Smith had a very poor bedside manner and was very unprofessional and treated her patients badly. I finally changed doctors and I’m very pleased with my current family practitioner who is very professional & listens to me.

Our experience with Dr Smith was very good. The receptionist was very pleasant and patient. Dr Smith was very patient didn't rush through appointment was Very thorough and asked if we had any questions. The nurse assistant was very friendly also. My husband and I both feel we are getting excellent care.

My benefit at 100% is 1 Preventive & 1 Well Exam in a year. ANYTIME during the year. Appointment made as Routine & I assume labs order was for that. Dr Smith listed to chest area, commented blood pressure good,no Prescription given. NO OTHER MEDICAL DISCUSSION. She REFUSED to do as my Preventive benefit because of other past medical history. Told me I could find another Doctor. Explained upcoming insurance and why doing Preventive now. Comment was that's not my problem.

I have never experienced such a horrible encounter with a physician. I waited almost two hours to be seen. My appointment was scheduled at 4:15. Once I was called back she came into the room for about 15 minutes and then left out. Once leaving out she stayed out of the room for another 30mins. I then stepped out of the room to see what was taking so long and was told she was in with a patient . Nevertheless, I waited. She was very rude upon returning. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone!
