I had pixel procedure . 4 treatments . No c hange . This was to reduce acne scaring . And reduce wrinkles . I paid out of pocket over $2000 for this change. Even after 3 months of using prescription retinol , which I pd out. Of pocket . I see no Change . All I see is more wrinkles and it's very visible to see the acne scars. I'm devastated . That's $2000 down the drain . I feel like I've been scammed . I came in wanting derma abrasion. But they recommend pixel which are needles injected into your face . I still have what I started with . And out of $2000. I have an appt coming up . I want retribution .

Dr. Slone and her associates were very professional. The wait time was shorter than years past and I am pleased with my outcome.

She is great! She is patient, really listens, offers options, and is practical in knowing her patients and what they r willing to do, can afford to do and/or are capable of doing etc. she is truly compassionate and I think she actually cares for her patients and their overall well being! She has helped me over the past 14 yrs w a number of issues for me and my husband, especially w his skin cancer issues! She also is careful about who she recommends for further needs.

Long wait times in a crowed waiting room. Didn't see Dr but a PA but billing was the same price. PA did two bios that tested OK. Expensive to insurance co.

The office staff was unbelievably rude! I have never in my life been treated so poorly, especially in a physician's office. I stayed only because the appointment was for my son and we had waited over a month to get in. Needless to say, we will not be back. If I were a physician, I would replace my office manager and a rude receptionist, rather than let them affect my practice.

When I first started going there the were friendly and the wait time wasn't that long. But then the wait time started getting longer, then they started treating me like I was low class and when I wanted a place removed they said, I hope you don't feel stupid when this comes back as just a zit! It just so happens that it was pre-cancerous!!! Looks like I wasn't the stupid one! I even gave them one more chance after that, but couldn't stomach the way I was being treated and got a new Dr.

Had a 25 year old mole removed from my face. Painless and very quick. Wish I had it done 25 years ago. Dr. Sallie Slone and her staff were all great. Many thanks to them.
