Rude & Only Cares About Money
Except for the receptionist, Carly, this office is awful. If I knew what I was in for I would never have wasted my time. Dr. Matar was beyond rude, did not listen or care about my concerns & symptoms, made sure to do a ct scan to make money (even though I came with one and an extensive report with it), and when he heard what insurance I had he immediately said “nothing is wrong & that insurance is a problem paying”. I’ve seen multiple ENTs and none except Dr. Matar said nothing was wrong and all except him said I need a procedure done. Awful.
