Please do not go to this doctor like all the other reviews have stated he is very short with you and very rude and does not care about your pain, only money. He will not let you talk and will only do x-rays and blood work and told me what I already have been told by my gp osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. I have c-7 herniated disc in my neck which does not show up on an x-ray. I had to get an referral to an orthopedic and finally get a MRI and epidural steroid injection which only lasted two months and of course will need another one causing weight gain which hurts my back and lower joints and it also triggered my shingles (low back area) to reoccurr due to the steroid suppressing my immune system. So I tried explaining to him all of this and told him I know there's a herniated disc in my back and it does not show up on an x-ray and I asked for a order for a MRI and he refused. He does not care and will not listen to you only cares about his country and American money.

My mom has been going to Dr. Salem B. Foad for 23 years. He has totally DESTORY HER BODY! Like all the other reviews, he tells her and her sister that they have FIBROMYALGIA, but doesn't test them for the disease. He has BRAINWASH them into think that they have the disease, he has never gave her medicine for it if she did have it. He tells her he MIXES UP THE DRUGS THAT HE GIVES HER (in a Shot) which is a Cortisone Shot (I think). IT'S IN SANE !! HE HAS GIVING HER 12 CORTISONE SHOT IN 4 MONTHS, NO ONE SHOULD BE EXPOSED TO THAT MANY SHOTS.....She has been on MUSCLE RELAXERS AND PAIN PILLS (from him) for 23 years. HE SHOULD HAVE HIS LICENSE SUSPENDED..NO DOCTOR SHOULD GIVE YOU THAT MUCH CORTISONE!!!!
