Dr Guntupalli was awesome! He is very knowledgeable and very good at his job. I felt like I had the best doctor for my health needs. My confidence in his abilities made my surgery and healing much easier. His staff are amazing and knowledgeable also. I am so grateful that I had this health journey with Dr Guntupalli by my side.

Dr. Guntupalli removed a cyst & when he closed up it was done incorrectly. I mentioned it the moment I woke up from surgery. He said it’s nothing it will go away. I kept asking him as time went on and he continued to dismiss my concerns. I finally reached out after a year had passed as he said it could take a long time. His response was well, it wasn’t cancer. Like he had something to do with that! What he did have control of was closing up my incision properly and listening to my concerns. He dismissed me & when I wrote the hospital they said they would take care of it. But I had moved to another state … so they said that they would have someone there in Colorado take care of it, & I would need to come. I’m a single mom, work full time and due to the fact that I would have to take time off work,pay for 2 round trip tickets, hotel etc I couldn’t afford nor do I feel it should have to come out of pocket for his mistake!

Patient, caring, very positive, always has time for us having seen Dr Guntupalli several times. And his team is absolutely amazing! Very supportive and incredibly responsive! Initially, went to a different oncologist who was very negative. It was completely refreshing how Dr. Guntupalli took me under his care immediately after meeting with me and gave me hope!

God blessed him with many gifts: he is uber-talented, confident, compassionate, relatable, and a tremendous leader of the genealogical oncology team at UC Health. The team approach that they take at UC Health is like nothing I’ve ever experienced in the healthcare industry…..it was phenomenal! They have taken a complex, scary, and overwhelming disease and treatment, and made it simple and understandable. The plan of treatment, was clear, thoroughly reviewed, and actually provided me with a lot of hope and confidence. Every appointment I had with the UC Health team was on-time. I was treated with respect, positivity, and compassion by every member of the team. I felt open to ask any question and take as much time as needed to make sure every question was answered. Today I am cancer free thanks to God and the team at UC Health! Dr. Guntupalli and his entire team receive my highest recommendation!

I trust Dr. Guntupalli's decision-making process, I have been with him for seven years. My body has healed quickly after surgery. I initially went to another cancer center, but cancer was doom and gloom with them. My daughter, found Dr G and we have had the best experience. He understood my fear of chemo, because I had an allergic reaction to it. He put me in a hospital setting and did the infusion slow. Him and his team were kind, understanding and hopeful. To see a full team come into the room, we knew I was going to be taken care of. Now I am nearly cancer free and that is because of this amazing Doctor. Dr. Guntupalli saved me from advantaged stage ovarian cancer - I am most grateful and humbled. During a completely unrelated surgery, early stage ovarian cancer was discovered. Dr. Guntupalli was called in on a moment's notice to evaluate the situation and preform on-the-spot surgery to remove my ovaries and lymph nodes. He then followed up with a chemotherapy treatment plan that left me cancer free. He guided me through this, a bit scary, process using a caring manner, answering all of my questions, and providing answers to questions I didn't know that I needed to ask - a huge bonus. I could not recommend him or his services more highly. Also, his staff and team of learning physicians are wonderful. Thank you for extending my life for what will hopefully be decades.

After meeting with another Gyn/Onc, I sought a second opinion from Dr. Guntupalli. I booked an appointment with him within 48 hours, and upon meeting him, was immediately put at ease due to his calm demeanor and confidence (based on his success with many similarlly situated patients) that his approach for ovarian cancer (peritoneal) in patients with a BRCA 1 gene mutation would not only eliminate the ovarian cancer within 6 months(!), but with PARP inhibitors, keep me cancer-free for years (!!). His approach: start with 3 rounds of chemo, followed by a HIPEC procedure (with cytoreductive surgery & hysterectomy), and then 2 more rounds of chemo, followed by an oral medication (PARP inhibitor). After 6 months of chemo (including the HIPEC surgery), my CT scan and CA125 results showed I was in remission. Due to his success in beating back my ovarian cancer thus far, I have faith in Dr. Guntupalli's assurance that I will liremain cancer-free for many years to come. Highly recommend.

Dr. Guntupalli is an excellent doctor and I would definitely recommend him to any woman who has a gynecologic cancer. I was recently faced with late stage ovarian cancer which had metastasized. On my first visit he explained my full treatment plan and answered my questions, and I was therefore very comfortable putting myself in his hands. With the benefit of many prayers on my behalf, and Dr. Guntupalli's expert knowledge and exceptional surgical skills, I had a full recovery. I found his team well trained and efficient throughout my hospital and out patient care. I truly credit him with saving my life and couldn't be happier with my entire experience.

I find Dr. Guntupalli to be of the highest caliber. My first appointment with him set the standard for all follow up appointments. He is warm and friendly, putting a patient at ease immediately. He thoroughly listens to the problem at hand and then recommends a future course of action. I felt I always had a say in the course of action and that nothing was done to make me feel rushed and unsure of what I would have liked to have done. Dr. Guntupalli performed a complete hysterectomy and set the course for 6 chemo infusions. He has an amazing staff to compliment him, from the receptionist to the lab technicians, the supporting nurses and other doctors. Things were always explained to me in a language I could easily understand. My appointments were ALWAYS on time and the appointments were always made weeks ahead of time for me by his staff. I feel Dr. Guntupalli and his staff gave me first class attention and I credit them with my amazing results confronting uterine cancer.

I was referred to another practice in Denver but after I did my research I decided to get a second opinion with this doctor. I was very happy that I did. Dr. Guntupalli provided a clear and logical plan for the cancer and I had an operation within 2 weeks. Chemotherapy is almost done and it looks like a remission! I really liked that they focus on the genetics of my cancer and offered a very personalized approach. I believe in holistic therapy as well and I was happy I could incorporate that into my treatment. I cant thank him and the nursing staff enough for the excellent care I received!

I cannot give enough credit to this doctor. He was very efficient, kind and caring when I was so worried about having cancer. He was kind enough to get me an early appointment, was right to the point when discussing my CT scan and quick to come up with a surgery date for me. He removed 3 large tumors from my abdomen and came to check on me at the hospital for the next two mornings. I could not have had better care. I'm completely recovered thanks to his wonderful self, staff and surgeons.

Dr. Guntupalli and his team saved my life. They performed a complex c-section hysterectomy related to my placenta percreta to safely deliver my baby and deal with all of the bleeding and complications that can accompany this condition. They are simply the best in this part of the country. My family is eternally grateful.

Dr. Guntupalli saved my life. I was diagnosed with IIB cervical cancer in 2015. During my first visit with Dr. Guntupalli I was confident that I was in good hands. He listened to all my concerns and was very patient with me. During my first visit I was anxious because I had previous negative experience with obgyn in Colorado Springs that missed very important test and then referred me to a local oncologist who wanted to cut me with a laser... I'm so glad that I got a second opinion from Dr. Guntupalli. I saw him on Tuesday and my surgery was scheduled that Thursday. The surgery was successful and I didn't need chemo. In June 2020 I celebrated five years cancer free!!!

He is the one of best Doctors I have ever had. I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and was scared to death. He came up with a plan to do chemo therapy and surgery and now I am on the other side, feeling great. I had the best care with him and his team. From the first day we met until today!
