Dr. Shah is the best. He listened to my concerns and did various tests to find the cause of my pain. He suspected my issue was a nerve one and dealt, successfully, with the insurance company for an MRI. It took a couple of attempts. The MRI showed a cyst in my back which is the probable cause of my pain. He is professional, thorough and very, very kind. Most importantly, he listened and I felt heard. His office staff is great and kuddos to April for her updates on my MRI status and efforts as well. While I have a minor vascular problem, he was not pushy about surgery and advised me what to look for and when to come back. I highly recommend this office.
