Dr. Sajeda Nusrat, MD

r. Nusrat is very detail oriented, conscientious and thorough. She knows human nature and how people want to do what they want, will avoid telling the truth, etc., so she exercises rather tight control and oversight in managing your health, a fact some may find too controlling. However, I am a Registered Nurse with over 40 years experience, and I find that she acknowledges my expertise and experience and will patiently listen to my perspective, explain her alternate viewpoint if indicated and put me at ease with a planned course of action. She is the ONLY Primary Care Physician that has looked at lab results outside of scheduled visits, and reviewed them, reflecting an updated clinical expression so that I know she actually has seen and evaluated the results shown. If you are an active, informed participate in your healthcare, she works with you as Physician guide, collaborative manager and collaborative partner in your care. She immediately detected my kidney failure, saving my life.

Very unapproachable, no bedside manner and very cold with responses. Never listened to concerns. Always pushed meds instead of trying to give me sound advise. Was accused of not taking medications, even though I might possible have a stroke if I didn't take meds. Tried to reassure her that all meds were taken and husband verified. Still, she didn't believe us. Dr. Nusrat then accused my pharmacy of filling my script without permission, even though the script was 90 supply and had refills. Told me that no one was accepting new patients and I wouldn't be able to find a provider. In office summary, doctor stated that she addressed concerns, but i was crying for the appointment and we didn't address anything. Left the appointment crying and found a new doctor the next day.

I recently had a health episode and went to St Marys. She was angry because I didn't go to Covenant and because I didn't call her office 1st. (My husband passed on 3-29 at Covenant.)She didn't physically examine me nor did she want to discuss my episode. She wrote things in my health summary that were never discussed. I felt dismissed with no answers. Looking for a new Dr.

Arrogant, dismissive and also not a good Doctor. Cortland is nominally better.

She is very thorough and I never feel rushed. She takes her time and answers all my questions. She knows my time is very valuable scheduling is super easy. She is very accommodating.

Go somewhere else to see someone else. She doesn’t CARE!

Dr. Nusrat has been our family doctor for many years. She always takes the time to listen to any concerns and questions that we have. She explains every thing to us concerning a test or blood work. Very professional and caring. Her office staff is also very polite and professional.

Caring, competent physician. Easy appointment times. Acceptable wait times. Allways Calls back when she says she will. Everything you want from a Family Physician

I went for my initial visit, and all the support staff were friendly and professional. The waiting area is bright and comfortable. Dr Nusrat took the time to explain everything she did before she started, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I needed to be scheduled for follow up testing, and the office staff took care of making the appointments, working around my schedule without my asking for that. I am very impressed with the care I received, and have already started recommending Dr Nusrat to my family and friends.

BAD Bad bad! Nusrat is only interested in money. She failed to examine legs and feet after recent PVD bypass surgery. After spending just 5 minutes talking, she did a dismissive heart listen and promptly billed directly > a negative credit hit for less than $200 of erroneous charges the evasive staff would not correct. Nusrat had no response to her rushed, incomplete and lazy medical care nor scam insurance billings. Do NOT choose this "doctor" unless you have very low standards or hate yourself

I went in for my initial visit and I felt like Dr. didn't go over my record at all prior to seeing me. She asked questions regarding my broken foot that didn't pertain, for instance if a certain Dr. did surgery, nope, no surgery, and stated that it must of been just a sprain.... I felt that was very unprofessional to assume anything prior to looking at my chart for a new patient. She didn't want any of my past medical records either.

I find Dr. Nusrat to be very comfortable to talk to. She listens and doesn't look at the computer screen the entire time you are with her. I also like the PA in the office. I have been with her for a couple of years and I like being able to obtain my health care at Covenant rather than McClaren Bay City.

I have left her as a physician this year. My last physical consisted all of five minutes. Had to undress and put on a gown for no reason other than listening to me breathe for 15 seconds. Would get better medical advice from Google!

Dr. Nusrat doesn't listen to concerns and rushes you right out when she's done talking. She's also very insensitive to important topics.

she is the coldest dr. I have ever seen; she never smiles and is not at all a hands on dr. She does take care of my issues and it's always easy to get an appt. to see her, reason being that she doesn't have many patients. Had my 1st physical with her and she never completed the physical, said she must have been distracted.....when she checks my lungs she puts the stethoscope on my back but never tells me to take deep breaths, I always have to remind her and I have asthma: looking for new Dr.

dr sajeda nusrat is a wonderful doctor. she has been my trusted physician for years. she is very knowledgeable and has medically treated me with the exact medicines i needed for my illnesses. i have complete faith in her.

To be honest I was very hesitant to make an appointment due to some of the reviews I had read on here before choosing a doctor. I was relieved in the end that I took the time to experience this doctor for myself. I was able to have an appointment scheduled promptly (within a week) and walked into clean, beautifully decorated lobby. Staff were very professional and friendly. Dr. Nusrat was down to earth, informative, and caring. I will be going back for all my future healthcare needs!

I just wasn't that thrilled with her care. Office visits seemed impersonal and trying to contact the office staff for follow ups or payments was painful. The tone of the conversation was that of inconvenience rather than serving the patient. Everything seems to be geared towards convince for this office and not the people under her care.

She is arrogant, unwilling to listen to patients, and ignorant on current lab requirements. Does not know EPIC lab system. Cannot or will not order necessary followup labs for bariatric patients. Does not understand calcium, at all.
