Dr. Rao and his entire staff are fantastic. Professional and caring. Even though my condition was not life-threatening, Dr. Rao spent a lot of time with me and answered all of my many questions in a thoughtful and thorough manner. He is extremely knowledgeable. One of the best doctor experiences I have ever had.

Dr. Rao is extremely clear in communicating, both technically and accessibly. He listens to everything thoroughly. He gives the patient and accompanying party as much time and attention as requested and even asks for questions.

I just turned 70 years old and I am here to tell you that Dr. Rao absolutely save my life. As soon as I entered the ER having a heart attack (100% blockage) he took over. I was in the cath lab in 5 minutes. He and Dr. DeLarosa worked together to save my life. Yes I am very grateful! Dr. Rao takes time with you, you can ask him anything and he will answer you whether you want to hear it or not.(LOL). He is one of the finest Dr's I've ever met. He knows his stuff! Very caring and also very cute!!

Dr. Rao’s office is run very well, with consideration for the patient’s time. The last time I was there I checked in, was greeted at the front desk, and sat down to send a text. I was called in by Christian before I could complete the text. Dr. Rao came in immediately after my checkup on meds, etc. with Christian. I never felt rushed—even had time to ask Christian a couple of fishing questions, and had all questions or concerns addressed by Dr. Rao. Calls are returned. Excellent care!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rao’s just over six months, met with him at least four times and found him superlatively to be engaging, bright, caring, clear and precise. He never rushes through any appointments and always solicits any questions one might have while providing concise and understandable answers. My career in the business world gives at least some knowledge of how successful staffs operate and drive successful outcomes. I believe Dr. Rao staff meets that criteria.

Dr Rao is great. He is very knowledgeable, caring, personable, and efficient. He exudes confidence and passes it on to me, the patient. I trust and value his medical opinions and expertise. He very clearly strives to keep the rest of my (our) medical team apprised of what’s going on medically. In addition to being personally excellent, his medical and office staff are also great. They are ALL very pleasant, accommodating, knowledgeable, and willing to help.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rao for more than ten years and highly recommend him. His care and concern for each patient is genuine. His listens carefully and discusses treatment plans thoroughly and makes decisions with input from the patient. He also stays current with advances made in research or new drug or treatment options. When conversing with Dr. Rao ones senses very quickly he is very smart and uses his extensive experience in diagnosing and treating each patient.

I would highly recommend Dr. Rao. He is an outstanding cardiologist. He takes time to know his patients-- never rushing through an appointment. He is exceedingly bright, thorough, caring and clear. Dr. Rao and his competent staff go out of their way to let you know that you can always call with concerns and questions. Wonderful! I wish he could be my "everything" doctor. He's that special.

It is rare these days, when medical care seems to be fragmented, to find a personable phytsician who can put the patient at ease with an understanding of his medical condition that is concise and understandable with its relation to his general physical condition. Dr Rao can relate the present problem to other specialities and areas of concern, providing excellent paths for consultation and further treatment as needed. In essence, he ties the whole medical picture into a neat, coherent bundle.

As a new patient, I was extremely impressed with Dr. Rao's thoroughness, attentiveness and comforting manner. He took a great deal of time to explain his diagnosis and recommended treatment/monitoring moving forward. Dr. Rao encouraged me to ask questions, and would not conclude the appointment until he had answered all of them. One of the greatest compliments a patient can give to a doctor is to refer a relative/friend. My confidence in Dr. Rao is such that I already have done so!

Dr. Rao is a kind and caring physician.His expertise, experience and skills in cardiology are excellent. He has always provided us with straight forward answers, but reassurance when we needed it. The state of the art nuclear testing facility was a big plus for us. Everything done in one place with almost immediate answers. The staff is friendly and professional and reflexs the general atmospheres of the office. We would highly recommend Dr. Sanjan Rao for all your cardiology needs.
