Felt pushed into a surgery I did not need. Outcome was not what was explained. She has very little compassion or warmth.For routine eye exams she is fine.

Great Visit
Dr. Jalal was cordial and empathetic to my concerns. She asked pertinent questions about prior eye concerns before addressing the issue. As she conducted the exam she explained what she was doing and why. In the end she offered a low impact suggestion as a starting point and encouraged me to schedule another appointment if the condition did not improve. I feel very comfortable returning for further eye care.

I have always been impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff and doctors at Fox Valley Ophthalmology. I wasn't due for another check up until January, but had a serious issue with my eyes, and they worked out an appointment for me in a few days. This was my first visit with Dr. Jalal, and I found her to be very knowledgeable and thorough. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jalal as well as Fox Valley Ophthalmology to anyone asking for a recommendation

Have been going to Dr. Jalal for quite a while. She is an awesome eye doctor. I recently had her perform cataract surgery and is went without a hitch and I can see great! She is a quality and caring doctor.
