Such a frustrating experience
Terrible from greeting to parting. Didn’t take the time to introduce herself until I paused us for a proper greeting. Rushed through the appointment as fast as possible, didn’t listen, and was dismissive. She admitted to not having expertise in the specific Neurological condition I had made the appointment to address, and then dismissed the condition outright. I’m not a crier, but after the appointment got in my car and lost it.
