Caring and Competent
Telehealth
Dr Parra is a great help with my mother’s Parkinson’s care. We have met in the office, had Telehealth calls and also just phone appointments. While video or face to face is best, she gave the same attention to Mom’s symptoms and any changes without the visual due to technical difficulties. Her manner is calming and reassuring. We appreciate the promptness of her responses through the patient portal should any issues or questions arrive.
