Acuity staffs are very professional and I’m very pleased the way they treated me as a new patient and my feeling is I am a very important person.

It was a very busy day for your office and yet your staff was kind, polite and efficient. When I leave after my appointments, I always feel like I have been listened to and well provided for.

Yes, I would recommend Dr. Bedrood to my family and friends. The office attention is kind and polite. The doctor collaborators are well trained and dedicated. And finally, Dr. Bedrood is kind, empathetic, and well trained on the field of her specialization. In fact, I feel that my eyes health are in good hands.

Eye examination for possibility of glaucoma

I believe Dr. Bedrood is a fine surgeon. My issue is with their financial practices. Dr. Bedrood was very specific that upgrade lenses would cost $7000.00 out of pocket. She assured me that the surgery is “100% covered by insurance”. While deciding if I could afford the upgrade I asked Dr. Bedrood if there would be any of those surprise invoices that are so common with medical procedures. She chuckled and commented, “don’t you hate those”! She again assured me that the surgery is 100% covered and my only out of pocket expense would be the $7000.00. Upon arrival for my surgery I was greeted with a $700.00 invoice for the surgery center. I had no choice but to pay. When I called Dr. Bedrood’s office to protest, I was talked down to and my protest was dismissed. The girl, Krystal literally talked over me telling me that it was my responsibility. I was resolved to live with it until I started receiving more invoices from Dr. Bedrood’s office. Now I’m just angry.

Dr. Bedrood was a 10+++...professional with a great bedside manner. She explained what to look for and anticipate as one approaches cataract surgery (which if you're lucky to live long enough, you will have) in a manner a mere mortal could understand.

Drs. Bedrood and Davis are awesome. The whole staff treat you with respect and a caring respectful attitude.

I expected and got all the info so my decision would and is the direction Im going. We’ll see if I made the right decision after surgery

I am very impressed with Dr Bedrood, so young and yet so knowledgeable and friendly without ever losing the touch of professionalism you can trust. Her Staff was likewise nice, patient, understanding and made me feel very comfortable. Hope they remain as is until my next scheduled appointment with them again in March, next year.

Dr. Sahar Bedrood is an excellent professional . She is extremely patient, polite, and respectful. Of course, exceptionally knowledgeable. She patiently spent time answering my concerns and questions. Dr. Bedrood performed her job extraordinary well. I highly recommend Dr. Bedrood.

Dr. Bedrood is a wonderful ophthalmologist. She's patient, friendly and even funny sometimes. She literally makes getting poked in the eye (she always numbs them first) not so bad. Having an serious eye illness is stressful, but Dr. Bedrood has made it manageable, and I feel well informed after each visit. I highly recommend her!
