he is very kind, easy to talk to and very in tuned with the latest procedures, meds etc. His staff is wonderful, attentive and funny. the whole office is a blast and works well together to treat his patients the very best possible. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Patil has a friendly personality and took the time to listen. He's very informative and proactive with ordering the appropriate testing and communicating results efficiently.

This is the absolute worst staff and doctor experience my wife and I have ever had. The care is sub par and the responsiveness is nothing. I am surprised this office and practice is still in business. On several occasions we have reached out via multiple communication methods and have never received a timely response. The phone staff will only advise that you must wait 48hrs for an answer. When the 48hrs passes, you must submit a new request and then are told to wait 48hrs for a response. This office is totally irresponsible with patient care.

Worst experience of my life with a gastroenterologist and I have been seeing them since I was 4. Went in regarding my gastroparesis and other gastric issues which was extreme vomiting, nausea, stomach pain, bloody stool, malnutrition, low bp and more and told me I'm not a serious case and that its all mental and to see a Psychiatrist apparently. I left in tears and decided to see someone else at TGH and got diagnosis's and am scheduled for surgery to help my issues so turns out it's not mental health. Also upon my appointment it was made very clear to me by nursing staff and Dr.Patil that it was there half day in the office and I was the last patient and it clearly showed as it was rushed and there was no thought or remorse for my symptoms or what I was doing through day to day and clearly he didn't want to put in work to actually help my situation or even listen I would NEVER recommend this office.

Dr. Patil seems competent enough if you can get through dealing with the office staff. They have proven to be the most difficult and unhelpful staff I have ever dealt with. Just getting a Rx refill takes forever. Nobody monitors the patient portal that Advent wants you to use. So, when you try to call the office there is no option for refills. You get stuck talking to a scheduler who sends a message and you hear nothing back.
