Amazing
Dr Revis goes above and beyond for me every single time. Sometime there is a long wait but that's not the doctor's fault that's typically the office. Pretty much that's what goes on everywhere these days. Regardless I'm always willing to wait for Dr Revis. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Disgustingly poor service
I called at the beginning of January to make an appointment with Dr. Rivas. The waiting list was pretty long, but I was willing to wait 3mo for the appointment. The day before my appointment I received a text confirmation of my appointment that had the correct date and time, but the location was different from when I originally made the appointment. I called the office a few hours before my appointment to confirm the correct address. I arrived 15min before my appointment to fill out some paperwork as I was instructed and when I checked in the lady looked puzzled because she didn’t see my name. After 30min of playing back and forth with staff taking pictures of my phone to see the text confirmation I was told the doctor was “triple booked and there was nothing g they could do for me”….. I was told the next appointment I could get would be in August. I never did get to see Dr. Rivas. I will not be returning to that office! This was the most unprofessional office I’ve ever dealt with.

Words cannot simply express how beautifully I was treated by Dr. Rivas . As soon as she walked in the examining room, she had this great soft welcoming way about her. I always get nervous when I meet a new doctor but as soon as I met her , I was at ease. I see that she took her time with me and explained to me how my diabetes can be controlled and she helped explain my thyroid condition as well.. She was very thorough. she made sure that she knew all my medications and examined me to my satisfaction. she was great on giving dietary advice without me feeling jugged about being overweight. I finally found the doctor that made a difference in just one visit. I see her in three weeks for a follow up and I actually am looking forward to going to a doctors visit.

I am a patient for many years, no matter where she moves to I follow. Dr Rivas literally saved my life. She always listened to my concerns and was never condescending or rude. She diagnosed me with Addison’s disease over 20 years ago. When every other Dr ignored me or treated me like I was crazy, she gave me confirmation and answers. The wait time may be long, but I personally don’t mind. Her taking her time with each and every patient is the reason I am alive today.

Dr Rivas is an incredible doctor. She has a combination of medical expertise and intelligence as well as a kindness and compassion which shines through all of her interactions with her patients. She truly cares about people and wants to help them. My husband has a significant brain injury and multiple health issues involving his endocrine system and Dr Rivas used her extensive medical expertise to pin point significant overlooked issues he was having regarding his replacement hormones which has resulted in a continuous improvements in his health and well being. He lost 25 pounds, he's healthier and happier. She is meticulous and precise but also very open to hearing patient input. In fact she welcomes it. She takes the time to listen to concerns and she is dedicated and focused on doing whatever it takes to make her patients well. I admire her so much.

She is a horrible Doctor. She refused to treat me one afternoon because her staff wrongfully told her that I was late. I do not recommend her.

First appointment with Dr. Rivas was great, every other appointment following the first was a nightmare. I have a severe case of hypothyroidism and she cancelled constantly. My last appointment with Dr. Rivas was in January - I should of seen her in April for my 3 month check up which I went through extensive lab work for and Dr. Rivas was a no show. I had 4 more appointments scheduled after that all of which she cancelled - family emergency, sick, no show to office location 2x. Do not see her!
