Dr. Sachin Goel, MD

Dr. Goel is a very knowledgeable and caring gastroenterologist. I have been a patient of his for about twenty year's. He is a wonderful doctor.

Staff are friendly and professional.

As senior citizens, my husband and I have both been patients for years of Dr Goel MD. Our colonoscopy appointments have been excellent, performed at the Windy Hill location. Each of us delivered one another to our appointments, then switched roles so that we were able to prep, be driven to test, then driven back home. Front office staff at the Marietta Office are just wonderful! Medical Assistant Maria is compassionate and so competent. Phone calls are answered promptly. Dr. Goel has a warm, caring and extremely intelligent way of communicating our concerns and needs. We highly recommend Dr. Sachin Goel MD!

I was nervous about going thru a colonoscopy, and it turned out to be a quick, easy process. The staff was very friendly, respectful, and kind. They made sure I was comfortable, explained everything in detail, and it was over in no time. Dr. Goel is very thorough and kind. An excellent doctor that I highly recommend.

It is really rare to find a practice where the Physician and the Staff are both great. This is the one! The facility was clean and well appointed. The front office staff and scheduling personnel are kind, courteous, and welcoming and informative. The medical staff continued my good experience greeting me, taking me to the exam room, informing me of my vitals and patiently updating my chart. As always, Dr Goel was all of the above plus warm, thorough, timely and gentle. He apologized for causing me pain while locating and assessing my pain. I would recommend this practice, location and physician.

Efficient, friendly, plus the expertise of a terrific gastroenterologist. As a physician myself, I have total confidence in Dr. Goel. I even referred my wife.

Booked endoscopy but nobody gave me any instructions for the procedure. Nobody informed me that I need to fast and have someone with me during procedure. So they didn’t do the procedure after I had already arrived at the facility and had to spend my money and time going and coming back! I even wasted half day of PTO because of this. Someone called me multiple times to collect insurance deductible upfront but not a single call or communication about more important instructions related to the procedure!!

Dr. Goel was very professional when I had a Colonoscopy procedure performed. The problem was with the billing department manager. She would not give me a copy of the bill filed with Medicare, I need a copy of the bill to file with a supplementary insurance company. I never had a problem in the past at other medical offices. I was also given the run around by the billing department when I inquired about a copy of the bill.

Ver y nice gentleman. He explained the colonoscopy procedure and went straight to work.
