Very professional ,thorough and compassionate!
I had an injury at work and she treated my pain for the times that I couldn’t reached out to my orthopedic doctor. She initially prescribed me oral medication to treat my injury which offered a little relief. I stopped seeing her for my injury because it was work related and I have to see an specialist or an orthopedic for my back pains. She advised me to stop a medication that was prescribed by my orthopedic doctor because of the apparent side affects that was causing me which I didn’t stopped using because it was prescribed by an specialists. She ordered mri for my shoulder but was never done because of insurance non approval. She continuously treats me as a whole person by referring me to other physicians or specialists . I’m a nurse by profession and I can assure that Dr. Saba Noor is a dedicated Doctor and true to her profession; She loves helping her patients to heal! I’m blessed to have her as my PCP.

This was the worst experience I have had in a doctor's office in quite a while. First it took 2 hours before I even saw the doctor. I then had to return the next day for the blood work that I went there for because after the two hour wait that person had already left. Then once my results came in I have been unable to get my prescription of medication that I must take every morning. I tried calling the mailbox was full. I tried leaving a message through the portal and received no answer. I am almost out of medication and I am now concerned how I will get my prescription in time because this office has done nothing but ignore me.

My husband goes to her husband and I see her. We love both doctors and trust them but we are considering leaving them after over 5 years because of the office staff. We can't get them to renew prescriptions without seeing the doctor even if it has only been 3 months since our last office visit. When you consider they charge insurance $303 a visit that is 3 visits a year that are unnecessary for an extra $1000!

The Doctor is sweet but you easily spend 2-3 hours for the appointments . I have been going to her office and every time I go the staff have excuses that they are busy , or too many patients , they told my husband that spend 3 hours waiting that was because the doctor wasn’t feeling well. ????????

Pleasant doctor. Very knowledgeable and will listen and advise. But be prepared to wait! At least a two hour wait for a scheduled appointment; so bring something to do or read! This has happened each time I have gone for the past three years and does not seem to be improving.

I love Dr. Noor. She is a wonderful doctor-very caring and personable. However, the wait times at the offices are way too long and it is so difficult to get anyone to return phone calls for questions or appointments. She takes all patients who come in as walk-ins, and they get seen just like a scheduled patient, which makes everything run late for those of us that actually schedule an appt. I am not sure how much longer I will deal with these issues to keep a great doctor, which is sad.

I could not see dr so I ended up in emergency room and was diagnosed with Pneumonia and a bladder infection. I received injections and scripts and was told to see my GP within 2-4 days. I called first thing this morning and was told that my dr of one year was going to a conference and that there was NO ONE I could see for a week.’I liked Dr noor, but this is completely unacceptable. I will find a Dr who cares about me. I am 71 years old, and need much more committed care..

The staff makes it a practice to make you fill out forms that are masked as part of updating your health information file when it is really part of an affiliation with another vendor or company, to which the office most likely gets a referral fee - the forms are not disclosed as 'optional' until you ask them what it is for. A few examples are the BioTE medical forms, Alliance Vein forms, etc. - then next thing you know, you are either being called at home by those folks when there is no consent
