The BEST Doctor
Dr. Saad Yousuf is truly one of a kind. As someone who struggles with a lot of anxiety—especially around the word “cancer”—I can honestly say I’ve never felt more seen, heard, and supported by a doctor. From our very first appointment, Dr. Yousuf was patient, kind, and incredibly understanding. He never rushed me, never dismissed my worries, and always took the time to explain things in a way that felt clear and manageable. He has a calm, steady presence that somehow makes the scariest moments feel just a little less overwhelming. Even when my mind was spinning, he stayed grounded—and helped me feel like I could be too. Beyond his empathy, it’s obvious that he’s also an outstanding physician: thoughtful, thorough, and up-to-date on the latest treatments. He takes care of the whole person, not just the diagnosis.I’m incredibly grateful to have Dr. Yousuf guiding me through this journey. If you or a loved one is facing a cancer diagnosis, I can’t imagine a better doctor.

He’s not good with people that have mental health issues. He can also get very defensive when questioned about his recommendations.

At first I found him to be caring and understanding and understood my anxiety and issues with my disorder. However, lately I find him defensive and makes it difficult to discuss my concerns.

Dr. Yousuf never rushed us out of the office. He takes his time and makes sure you are comfortable with the care plan. I only wish his office was closer to lower westchester. We travel over an hour to see him! But he is well worth it

Dr. Yousuf is the best. I have seen a lot of oncologists including 3 other oncologists at caremount and i can say hands down that Dr. Yousuf is the best. He is attentive, caring and very patient. He doesn't rush you out of the room and makes sure you understand all your options before proceeding. I will all doctors were like him.

Amazing Doctor!! HIGHLY recommend. Very intelligent, he really takes his time to listen to you, asks about your questions and concerns and doesn’t rush through appointments. Very clean, and friendly office staff. I was referred to Dr. Yousuf by my OBGYN, after iron infusions and vitamins, he helped me bring my hemoglobin levels up to a normal level to prepare for delivery. I’ll never forget the way I was feeling when I went into see him, compared to now. I’m very grateful for meeting him

I have been to so many doctors, specialists, but Dr Yousuf is probably one of the best doctors I have ever been to. He called me to see my grandmother two days earlier than her appointment because he was going through her test results from another doctor. He is nice, the most thorough, and explained his concerns and the procedure in latent terms. Amazing doesn’t describe him. So happy to have found him for my grandmothers needs !

Dr. Yousuf was very easy to understand. He took his time explaining complicated medical terms to my 81 yr old grandma. He held her hand and told her she had a nice smile and it made the world of difference to her.
