Disrespectful
My experience with this doctor was very unfortunate. He doesn’t give enough time for my questions even if it is relevant to the case I’m visiting him for because he wants to bring me back to charge more money. He didn’t explain the issue throughly and I leave his office confused about my situation. And I heard the same complains from other friends who were visiting him. Once I set a virtual appointment for urgent case at 12Pm he didn’t contact me until 430pm. His team as well are not cooperating and they forgot to send my medical history to my specialist when I needed that. That’s why I don’t recommend this doctor at all.

Great Doctor
Every visit to Dr. Shammas is wonderful, even if the circumstances necessitating the visit may not be. Intelligent, inquisitive, forthright, Dr. Shammas exemplifies all the traits one should look for in a physician. He will be direct about your needs, but also treat you like a friend and clearly wants his patients to live happy, healthy lives. His staff, from intake to nurses, are all incredibly kind and communicative. I highly recommend going to see them if you're in need of a new doctor.

Dr. Shammas is the BEST physician I have ever had. He is very calm, positive, attentive, thorough and kind. He focuses on his patients, never being distracted or rushed. He carefully goes over the file of each patient while he is with them, and also documents, meticulously. Dr. Shammas REALLY cares about you as an individual and a patient. The office staff is wonderful and you can always get a person on the phone.

I would just simply say. Stay away if you can. You might develop new effects. This is what happened. Had a sore throat and did not feel good. We come to see doctors because they supposed to help us and heal us. This doctor prescribed medicine, that did not help but it all even worst. Also this guy gets mad, if you tell him that you dont want to take a shot of steroid. He thinks that everything that he says is correct and you should simply listen and do what he says.

Dont settle. Dr Shammas is a poor communicator and I never get my questions answered. I’ve been seeing him for four years now, and I’ve seen it over and over. I’ve tried asking directly. I’ve tried writing them down and handing them to him. I’ve tried phone calls. I’ve tried talking to the nurse. I never get results. He’s always rushing to the next patient, with no time for my questions. I don’t have many questions, but what’s the point in having a doctor who doesn’t help you?
