Dr. Naqvi was very responsive when I requested a last-minute appointment as a new patient. My entire interaction with the clinic staff and Dr. Naqvi was prompt, kind, thoughtful, and professional. Dr. Naqvi’s demeanor was very warm and welcoming, and I could not have asked for a more positive interaction.

Dr. Naqvi refused to sign a pre auth for a medicine he wrote. Not a narcotic. He then informed me they were moving and I needed to find a new primary care physician. He agreed to be that doctor. I recorded the phone call as proof. I'll be filing a complaint with the state of Tennessee.
