My children have seen Dr.Tracy for the last 13 years, since he joined the practice. He has always been a very comprehensive and informative Doctor that takes the time to throughly assess his patients.

Dr Tracy was rude and discourteous. In spite of having an appointment and being on time, we were kept waiting for over an hour. With a special needs child this is asking a great deal. When my child had an accident I had to leave, leaving my 17 year old to complete her appointment. I returned after 10 minutes and we overheard the nurse informing the doctor of what had happened. He responded rudely and loudly enough for my children and I to hear. We left untreated. We'd been his patients 8 years.
