i was a patient of Dr Smith from 2015-2021 before relocating to VA. Dr Smith was kind, caring and knowledgeable about my myasthenia gravis. he worked WITH me and explained decisions, treatment options and cared about how my personal life impacted my disease. i wish I could clone him! i could use this Dr in my corner now!

Dr Smith seen for yrs for traumatic brain injury,
Dr Smith has treated me for years for traumatic brain injury (TN). He has been nothing but one of the superior professionals I have ever had the privilege to have his kind, caring, considerate and all the words I could use expect for space words tha I would use here. He even referred me to specialist out of state that was equal to Dr. Smith’s care. I can’t imagine he would treat anyone patient or not, any other way.

Wish I could leave .5
Doesn’t listen, doesn’t respect other treatments by other physicians…doesn’t seem to respect patients. Tried to see another neurologist at Luke’s; it was Smith or no one. Waste of time to visit a DO.

Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable and also personable. His bedside manner is professional but not overly so. I have traumatic brain injury with severe migraines and moderate short-term memory loss. He was able to help diagnose and control my migraines right away through testing and medication that I only have to use as needed and works almost instantly! He is wonderful and it is quite nice to find someone who knows their area of expertise so well.

Just like other reviews. Horrible! He will misconstrue what you say and piece it together with bits and pieces of other information in your chart that he saw before even meeting you to fit a biased assumption without even doing his own investigation. He doesn't even look at the scans himself. Pair this with zero compassion and respect and you have someone that should absolutely not be in healthcare!

I had terrible experience with this dr. He is arrogant. He did not review my scans from a University hospital and told me they had the wrong diagnosis. He said I have basic migraines w/o reviewing records from the hospital. He spouted off information that I know to be wrong and was offended when I asked for clarifying questions. I was disappointed by his lack of professionalism and people skills. I will not be returning. I will contact the dr that referred me to him to let them know what happen

Like a previous poster said, if I could give zero stars I would. This doctor scared the hell out of me, while 3 other specialists were level headed. Worst bedside manner. Terrible follow through. And every single member of the office staff are some of the rudest people I have ever met. Horrible experience!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is a terrible doctor - avoid at all costs. He doesn't listen and does his own thing. He is terrible. His staff is rude. I only went twice and that was enough.
