After a very long wait I saw Dr Ramagosa for what was a very brief and rushed exam with mixed and unclear explanations. Afterwards I received a call from the billing and insurance clerk when I questioned certain charges. It was difficult to understand her as if she was gurgling and struggling to catch her breath while eating as I attempted to interpret her comments it sounded as if she was billing my insurance company for procedures that were not performed. Unsure of her intentions I asked for clarification and she hung up which makes me further suspect her intent that hopefully I just misunderstood due to her incoherent remarks but just in case and not to be complicit I intend to report the incident to the BCBS and Healthcare FRAUD with the State Insurance Commissioner.

Just returned from the new clinic in Daphne. Dr. R is great. He listens and is very friendly. Did a procedure on me and I was in and out of the exam room in 15 minutes. Highly recommend.

After 5 years of being a patient I got a letter in the mail saying he would not longer see me as a patient. No reason. Just to find another provider. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

I am constatnly impressed with how thorough Dr. Ramagosa is with what the diagnosis is and what it exactly means in plain English. He is always friendly and doesn't seem to rush thru the appointment which is refreshing. He is pretty funny too.

I was not satisfied with the Care I received to treat a problem that I have been dealing with for 4yrs. I saw a practioner who made me feel as if i didn't have Psoriasis. I would not recommend this center. I plan to find some one who Cares while I continue to deal with it.????

After seeing another recommended dermatologist, without a cure. I saw Dr. Ramagosa. I explained my situation. He listened. That's a win right there. Then even though he said my condition didn't look like what it could be, he tested anyway. It was something he could treat and was not typical. He cured the problem in two weeks that I dealt with for 9 months and worsening. You don't find a good dermatologist like this often.
