So glad I found Dr. Offer…
I’ve been seeing Dr. Offer for a little less than 2 years and it’s been game changing. She offers practical solutions, has amazing bedside manner and EQ in a challenging area of medicine, and has prepared me for my upcoming surgery with a wonderful specialist at UPenn facilities in the city. The Radnor offices and staff around her are the best. Super grateful to be in her care.

Dr. Offer is by far the best OB/GYN. I have never seen a doctor with the bedside manner that she has. At the scariest moment of my life she literally held my hand and walked me through my emergency C Section. As I cried she leaned over and said “Please don’t cry you’re gonna be fine and you’re gonna make me cry too.” I am in absolute debt to her and I think anyone who has her as a doctor is extremely lucky. There aren’t many doctors like her. She is one of a kind for sure.

Dr. Offer is the best gynecologist I've ever had. It's not easy finding a good one for this sensitive part of our bodies, but she always takes the time to listen and give pain-free exams. I've had some bad experiences with other doctors being too rough and asking what was wrong with me when I was in pain, when clearly it must have been them because Dr. Offer has never caused me any pain. I now live about 45 minutes from her office, but still am her patient because I never want to switch.
