Visit with Dr. Ryan Nobles
Dr. Nobles was patient and listened to me carefully. He showed me on my last MRI where the new problems were coming from. He installed an Abbott Spinal Cord stimulator 3 years ago which helped me get my life back. The new problem is due to the disk above the stimulator. He will give me a shot to calm that down in 3 days! Dr. Rambles is great!

Wanted a one on one visit to assess my lack of pain control with my broken tailbone. Dr. Nobles listened to my concerns & was very receptive. He offered a change in drug therapy and a potential future stimulator as a last resort. He provided me with information on the stimulator. I felt he really listened to my needs and responded as I needed.

Dr. Nobles did surgery on me a yr ago. I’d not met him before. I’d had trouble with my past surgeries not healing and with anesthesia. Dr. Nobles and 2 anesthesiologists from East Cooper Hospital met me before surgery, to explain they’d had several meetings in how to handle my surgery, because of other health problems. Told me I’d be going to Second Step Recovery afterwards as precaution. Even though this was my first meeting with him, I felt completely safe going into surgery. He explained he might have to make changes after surgery was started. During post op care, I was surprised to see him always wear a mask. I’ve had many surgeries in past, no dr has ever done that before. This was before Covid. Post Op care was often to check and be sure healing was ok. I’d trust him with my life anytime. He had a great bedside manner too.

Dr Nobles goes above and beyond for his patients. I had a rare issue that had never been treated in SC. Dr Nobles researched and it took 6 months to find someone in the US who had done the procedure, he worked hard to help me! He treated me in the meantime but knew there had to be something better and he finally found it. I was his guinea pig he helped me so much! I trust him completely! Great bedside manner also!
