The doctors were very friendly and were very informative. This made me very comfortable and trusting of them after my first visit with them.

This physician is terrible! Complete waste of time and appeared to be having personal issues. He ordered a test which I had done before and never said when to come back. He never even mentioned my medications or any plan whatsoever. He smelled as if he had not showered in quite some time and when I obtained my record from the one visit, his notes are full of misspellings and inaccurate information about what my neuropathic concerns were. He appeared to be very unfocused and distracted by personal problems. I have no idea why they let someone like this practice. Is a nuisance wasting peoples time.

My first and only appointment with this doctor was terrible. He was very distant and unfriendly. He did not explain anything whatsoever and said to come back in 3 months. I obtained a copy of my record pertaining to this office visit and he has so many things completely inaccurate that is not even consistent with my basic health information with my primary care doctor also at Loyola. He had parts of sentences left off and strange misspellings. It seemed like something was very wrong with him.

I was diagnosed with MS in Israel (Tel HaShomer Hospital) and again in Kankakee, IL. Dr. Ryan sent me to do an MRI again. I was "interviewed" by a resident that works with him that doesn't know anything. Dr. Ryan was extremely arrogant and tried to tell me how I was doing with my MS. When the MRI results came back his resident told me that my demyelination was due to aging. I'm in my fifties (aging?!) and had been sick for *decades* before finally being diagnosed in Israel. Terrible.
